Hatsu Shibori Junmai Ginjo-shu Unfinished Hon Nama Home drinking I started drinking sake in earnest. This is my first time to drink "new sake". New Sake? I see, so this is what it's like. Junmai-shu Hitogokochi Sake that is hard to find in Minami-Shinshu, even in Nagano Prefecture It is very hard to find in Minami-Shinshu, even in Nagano Prefecture. It is the first time for us. Mild aroma, good as a food sake ✨. Just maybe I expected too much 🤔. It's delicious but I couldn't feel its personality 😅.
