One of the five breweries in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture By word of mouth on Google Maps It seemed to have a good reputation, so I went there and and bought it. 100% Suwa Miyamanishiki Citric acidity from the use of white malted rice I heard it has a citric acidity... 🧐. Yum! Delicious! It's like a summer sake 😆😆😆😆. At first I thought it was a bit heavy, But after that, it has a moderate sourness, refreshing and refreshing 😊. Just like the name! The sky after the rain 😆😆😆😆😆. There seems to be no special distributor in Aichi Prefecture. Too bad 😭

Aged Sake😎. Nada no Nama Ippon brand is a junmai sake brewed by brewing engineers in Nada Gogo (eight breweries of the Nada Sake Research Association) using only rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, and is apparently a unified brand of the eight breweries. One of the eight breweries is Kenrishi. Mellow and full flavor that is typical of a long-aged sake. Full-bodied taste 😆. Mild matured aroma I never get tired of drinking it 😆😆😆.
