YOKOYAMA silver Junmai Ginjo Hiyoshi A sake brewery in Iki Island, Nagasaki Prefecture Welcome from far away 🤓✨! The aroma is mild. Less fruity than the current style 🫢. but it's a great food wine 🥩🦞😎😎. The rice flavor and thickness are well balanced. The sharpness is refreshing and doesn't linger 😆. Perfectly balanced with the acidity 💯✨. Delicious 🤩. I can drink it in gulps 🙀.

Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi One previous sake was less than 1 gou We ran out of sake, so we got Nabeshima for the shortage. I got a bottle of Nabeshima to make up for the shortage! （I was so lucky!) After the previous low alcohol sake... It's a big hit! It's got a good flavor and... But I think it's a bit lingering. It's delicious though.

Akabake Junmai Ginjo The aroma is a little tame, but Fruity! (If you don't know better, this... 😅) It's not thick, but it's refreshing 😆. But not too thin. Delicious 😎. Because it's 13% AL? I like it a little higher AL 🦆. Oh man... I like the sharpness on the back end 😋.

Corner bar at a liquor store near Kyoto Station Jyuseki is a sake made with Kyoto water, rice "Celebration", koji, yeast, and other Kyoto products. A must drink when sightseeing in Kyoto! Forgot to check in And you know what's important? At a restaurant in Takasaki What a peculiar sake! A big impact You can feel the umami and acidity of the rice. Finally, a unique aroma comes through to the nose. Aroma of rice bran pickles? White mold salami? Umaibo corn potage? Is it an aroma made by lactic acid bacteria? Even if you don't have anything to drink, this is enough. I cannot forget that aroma. I want to drink it again.
