It has a clean aroma and a crisp, dry taste, and I think it is one of the easiest to drink among the draft sake...but it has a rice polishing ratio of 50%, a sake degree of +4, and an acidity of 1.7, so there is no wonder it is easy to drink!
It has a mellow aroma, a rounded taste, and a very pleasant acidity, including carbonation! It is the first time I have been impressed since I drank a Jujiasahi with a slight sparkle.
It was obviously a fruity, angular sake, so I figured it must be junmai daiginjo, but it's hard to guess what else it is. It is simply delicious! It has all the nuances of an otter.
My family gave me this much-talked-about sake. For me, it is exactly what I imagine old-fashioned sake to be like: refreshing, yet strong in flavor, with a soft spread of umami!
As stated in the description, it is very much like a hara-sake, even though it is not a hara-sake! Even though it's not a pure sake. It has a strong flavor! A pleasantly dry sake!
