The fresh, fizzy taste and the wafting ginjo aroma are very tempting. The sake is rated -4 on the sake meter, but it feels much sweeter. The acidity is very nice. I would recommend it to Westerners who enjoy wine. It was a wonderful sake.

I think the level of sake in Kochi is high. I think Kameizumi is the No. 1 sake in Kochi. When the bottle is opened, the aroma of melon begins to waft around the area. It is sweet and delicious. I strongly recommend this sake to those who are not used to drinking sake.

A very easy-drinking sake with the sweetness typical of Yamadanishiki and the sharpness typical of Hitakami. The workmanship on the back of the label was a first for me. Indeed, Hidakami's clear and transparent sake quality seems to match well with sushi.

Tasake, an unfamiliar sake rice. The very dense and elegant taste is the same as usual Tasake. I looked up Ginkoubou and found that it is a new sake rice born in 2019. I hope it grows as fast as Hakutsuru Nishiki.

A strange sake. Another version of the famous Tasake sake brewery. It has the same great umami and sweetness as Tasake, but there is something different about it. It has a strong sense of refreshingness and is more delicate than Tasake. I wonder if they are thinking about the marriage with a snack rather than the perfection as a stand-alone sake.

Ishizuchi has a bright label with a stern title. The ginjo aroma is almost non-existent, and a strong alcoholic aroma wafts through the air. We expected it to be a dry sake, but that was not the case. The refreshing sweetness combined with the sharpness of the strong alcohol made it an easy-drinking and delicious sake. It was definitely a springtime sake.

Hana-yoso is made from a rare type of sake rice called sake musashi. Despite the fact that Hanaoyosaka is synonymous with sweetness, the sweetness is quite moderate. The transparency was as usual and very tasty. In no time at all, the bottle was empty.

I somehow ended up purchasing this sake. Later, I learned that it was made by the Garakudai brewery. It is a very tasty kijo-zake, sweet like honey and with just the right amount of acidity. I wondered why they chose such a brand name. I was so impressed when I researched the history of the sake's birth. I became a fan.

Melon-like ginjo aroma spreads from the first sip. You can tell even before you drink it that this is definitely a sweet wine. When you drink it, the clear sweetness spreads in your mouth, and the aftertaste lingers forever after drinking. I love it.
