The ginjo aroma is almost non-existent, and a strong alcoholic aroma wafts through the air.
We expected it to be a dry sake, but that was not the case.
The refreshing sweetness combined with the sharpness of the strong alcohol made it an easy-drinking and delicious sake.
It was definitely a springtime sake.
