This sake is made by Fukumitsuya, famous for Kagatobi and Fukumasomune.
It has a beautiful mouthfeel that is typical of ginjo-shu.
Thanks to its low alcohol content and sweetness, it is very easy to drink.
Next year will mark the 400th anniversary of Fukumitsuya's founding!
I am very glad that they were able to escape the damage from the Noto earthquake, but I am sure that they are still operating under very difficult circumstances.
As a sake drinker, I can't do much about it, but I would like to enjoy it with care at least.
