Excellent sharpness. Not much ginjo aroma even though it is a daiginjo. The sweetness is moderate. Perhaps because of this, the flavor of the rice is strongly felt. I think the balance is superb. Is "m" the initial of the sake? What does 22 mean?

I watched First Gundam as a child and this is special to me. The first attack is a bit of a kick, but the feeling of warmth (sweetness) that comes afterwards is just like Ramba Ral. Even for me, I think the description on the back label is overkill.

Good evening, numaking-san! Interesting name for a sake, I wonder if it was stepped on by another super-spec brand....

Thanks for your comments. I hope it will survive and not be eliminated by the new model. Siegfried!

I have never had a good memory with fruit-in sake, but this is good. I think sake brewed with Gohyakumangoku & Koshitanrei is not sweet enough. The refreshing sweetness of the pear matches the light and dry taste of the sake without any discomfort.

The sake looks fancy, but it is very easy to drink, with a sweet flavor and moderate acidity and bitterness. I will display the empty bottle for the rest of the year.

Kido's high-end product. I consider ordinary Kido to be the most cosmetically superior sake, but this may be called a work of art that embodies philosophy.

First time to try Ottersai in several years. Aromatic ginjo aroma. Nice sweetness, with moderate bitterness and carbonation creating a nice aftertaste. The store staff recommended a sparkling 20%-3% polished Otters, but I think it was the right choice. I would rather drink a non-sparkling one if it's 20%/3%.

I lined up at the brewery in the morning to buy this for New Year's. I love the mysterious sweetness that is rich and mellow yet refreshing. I love the mysterious sweetness of this rich, mellow, yet refreshing sake. This year will surely be a good year.

Purchased at a certain discount supermarket. I had no expectations, but I hit the jackpot! The ginjo aroma wafting through the air. It has a refreshing taste with a sweetness that makes it very easy to drink. It can be used as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink. The shopkeeper has the wrong price.

It has a noticeably sweeter taste compared to micro-foaming sake Sansho and Kaze no Mori. It is very tasty. I would recommend it to everyone, but I will keep it a secret because I don't want to be unable to purchase it.

Strong! Very sweet, tasty and bitter. Very good with a strong assertion. It will be a repeat winner in the near future.

Takasago, which is considerably less difficult to obtain than Jishin. The backbone seems to be the same, but the branches and leaves are quite different. The ginjo aroma is weak, and the acidity and aftertaste are strong. It reminds me of gari (pickled ginger). Therefore, if you are going to drink it at a sushi restaurant, this is the one you should choose.

Light and refreshing. Strong acidity. My impression is good old-fashioned sake. I thought the girl on the label was about 20 years too young.

It has a bubbly taste that is typical of nama-shu. It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious. The bitterness is a nice accent and keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. Drinking freshly made sake It reminds us that sake is a perishable food.

Refreshingly sweet. It tastes like rice, like junmai sake. I'm not a fan of junmai sake, but I like the taste of this sake. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but it was a very good sake. I should have saved it until New Year's.

Refreshing aroma. It is like rum. Elegant sweetness and umami spread in the mouth, with a lingering taste that never leaves the palate. Definitely from the Jyushiyo lineage.

Refreshing fruity aroma. The sense of acidity is reminiscent of Shinsei. The bitterness is quite strong, but it is not so much of a problem when combined with the tangy, slightly sparkling bubbles. After 3 days in the fridge, the bitterness is gone and it becomes delicious.

Isshuikusuisei is a sake for sushi restaurants with a strong acidity. (This is my personal view.) It also has a taste that suits sushi restaurants well. It has a beautiful acidity like Chablis. It dresses up fish dishes even more deliciously, and the fish enhances the sake even more.

A sweet and tasty sake with no quirks. There is nothing unpleasant about it, and it has a very strong sense of honor. If I were to recommend it to sake beginners, this is the one I would recommend. The fact that it has no defects is a drawback. It may not be enough for the experts who have mastered both sour and sweet.

It is a daiginjo, but the aroma is not so strong. The acidity and umami are strong and the sweetness is moderate. It is a deep sake that can be served with any kind of snacks. Nuts and chocolate can be served with this sake. Cheese is also possible. I am sure it will be appreciated overseas as well.

Imanishi Shuzo, founded in 1660, made this sake by polishing Yamada-Nishiki to perfection. It has a strong fruity aroma, and despite being made from Yamada-Nishiki, it somehow has a light and refreshing taste. The delicious taste of rice continues to waft in the mouth after drinking. The name of the god of sake is said to be Mr. Takahashi. I felt very close to him.
