I somehow ended up purchasing this sake. Later, I learned that it was made by the Garakudai brewery.
It is a very tasty kijo-zake, sweet like honey and with just the right amount of acidity.
I wondered why they chose such a brand name. I was so impressed when I researched the history of the sake's birth.
I became a fan.
