Congratulations to the Dodgers 🏆 for winning the MLB World Series. The Dodgers caught up with the Dodgers in the last minutes of the game and won the game with a thousand hits by three players 🏅I was so happy that I was drinking too much and celebrating from noon 🥂. So, I was not sure what to drink to celebrate tonight, but I decided to go with It took me almost 5 minutes to open the bottle. It was so fizzy that it took almost 5 minutes to open the bottle. The mouthfeel is delicate with a delicate bubbling and a slightly light throat. After the fruity sensation, the astringent and bitter taste tightens up the taste, making it a nigori sake for adults.

When I saw on a local liquor store's blog that red dragonflies were in stock, I rushed to buy some, but unfortunately they were sold out. My head was full of red dragonflies, but I changed my mind and bought this Sentori. The mouthfeel was very well balanced with a hint of sweetness and soft acidity, I felt a sense of fruitiness in the gentle mouthfeel. I like this flavor.

I couldn't wait until the day of the event and flipped it, even though it was a Halloween-only drink. I thought it would be fruity and a little sweet, reminiscent of green apples. Then it fades out nicely with a bitter taste. Some sweetness lingers in the mouth, though, It was a relatively light drink and was delicious.

I found Miyazumi at the first liquor store I visited. I was intrigued by the pop-up that said it was a once-a-year item, so I bought it without hesitation. The first sip had a fruity aroma reminiscent of apples. The sweetness is moderate, and the full-bodied flavor and acidity are elegant, making it a beautiful sake.

Today, when autumn is just around the corner, I kept this summer sake in the refrigerator for safe keeping and missed the timing to drink it. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of green apples. It has a very good balance of ginjo aroma, sweetness, and acidity, with a refreshing aftertaste.
