Atago no Matsu, it has been a while. The other day I heard about the arrival of summer sake and jumped at the chance to buy some. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a smooth, silky mouthfeel, but I think it is very well balanced, with a mellow umami and sweetness reminiscent of fruit trees, capped off by a soft acidity. The entrée was delicious and went well with slightly fatty meat dishes. Thank you for the meal.

Nice to meet you, Haneya-san. When I opened the bottle, I heard a popping sound and smelled a very nice aroma. The mouthfeel has a fruity ginjo aroma and a slight gassy feeling, with a soft sweetness and umami that fills the mouth, It finishes with a light acidity, It is a delicious sake. Nice to meet you, Mr. Sengyo.　　　　　This Mizutani Sake Brewery is an old sake brewery founded in the late Edo period, It is a great pity that this old sake brewery, which was founded in the late Edo period, was destroyed by fire on May 9. The taste is sweet and delicious, with the umami of rice concentrated in the mouth, and the mild acidity and bitterness that tie the whole thing together, making it a sake suitable for a meal. This is my first time at Saku-no-Hana. The blue bottle with the pink label is very impressive and I have been curious about it for a long time. On the palate, the apple-like ginjo aroma and rice flavor spread on the palate, and the smooth acidity gives a nice, refreshing aftertaste.

I have recently been curious about the sake Murasakiu. This is the second bottle I purchased, following the cherry blossom label. It is a very well-balanced sake with a fruity taste reminiscent of muscat and pear, a mild umami and clear sweetness that fills the mouth, and a dry aftertaste with acidity and a hint of bitterness. I usually limit myself to two bottles of sake a day, but it was so good that I ended up emptying a whole four-pack. Thank you very much.

Long time no review. I've been busy with work and haven't had time to write a review today, even though I've been drinking. It's been a long time since I've seen Koei Kiku. Among them, it was nice to meet you at Bikun. Koueikiku is known for its sweet sake, and Bikun is also a sweet sake. The mouthfeel has a slight gaseous feeling reminiscent of rumune right after opening the bottle. After a couple of days, the gaseous sensation is gone, and the fruity flavor reminiscent of white peaches is irresistible. As you sip, the aroma of the wooden vat and the bitterness after the sweetness pulls the whole thing together, so even if you don't have an entrée, you will drink too much.

Series SAUVAGE by Kuheiji This sake was my first drink and the second present from my mother this month. EAU DU DE'SIR is my favorite. My mother gives me this sake every year as a birthday present, and I thank her for giving it to me again this year. I hesitated to buy it because the sake level was listed as -10.0, but I knew that if I missed out on this one, I would only be able to find it again in four years, so I took the plunge and bought it.
