It's a delicious sake with a delicious taste of rice, a hint of sweetness, a slight fizzy feeling 🫧 and a refreshing acidity with a crisp dry aftertaste that is addictive 😋.
The entrée is fresh fried horse mackerel.

Fried rare with only the surface cooked.
