It has been a long time since I have had a white dove by Hato Masamune.
A rare sake that I purchased this spring and have kept carefully in my refrigerator at home.

I remember the last time I got it, I almost had a self-fight when I opened the bottle without knowing anything about it. 😅
I learned my lesson this time and opened the bottle, but it wasn't that bad. I'm not sure if it was that bad 😌.
When I poured it into the glass, I could hear the sound of milky white liquor "shwashuwa~".

The taste has a clean, sweet and tasty rummy taste, sharp acidity, and a pleasant gaseous sensation that is irresistible and dangerous to drink 😅.
We enjoyed it with sashimi and grilled fish.
