Today, we are usually a home drinking club, but there was a drinking party of about 20 people, and I offered this favorite Yamadanishiki Oorigarami from the Saitama Nanyo Shuzo brewery, Hana-yoso. The color is not so much ogara-mi as a light cloudiness, with a noticeable whiteness. The aroma is a fresh sweet aroma of unrefined sake.❗️ When you take a sip, a fresh tingling sensation spreads to your tongue, and you can feel a sharp pungency. Then a refreshing sweetness passes through the nose. ❗️❗️ It is not sweet and is great as a food sake for drinking parties. ❤️ It was a big hit with those who attended the event. ❣️

Today, we have Nara's Kaze no Mori ALPHA 1 Starry Night Sky❗️ a special summer sake from Akitsuho. ❗️ It was fizzy, and the moment I spun the lid around and took it off, I heard a pop and the lid flew off.❗️ The aroma is not much and has a faint sweet aroma. One sip and there is a raw tingling sensation on the tongue❗️ followed by a dry numbness❗️❗️ great as a mealtime sake❤️ only 500ml is not much❗️

Today we have a junmai sake from Sanzen Sakura, Hokkaido, using Hokkaido comet and fully ripe banana yeast: ❗️ There is not much aroma. One sip and it has a refreshing sweetness with a dense texture, though not as much as banana. After that, it leaves a sour taste and a sharp numbness on the tongue. ❗️ It is also good as a mid-meal sake. ❗️❗️

Today we have Kaze no Mori Sake Rice Rohafu Nama Sake: ❗️ This is the first sake that finally got to the next sake rice, starting with Akitsuho sake rice to drink all available Kaze no Mori. Dewha Kaze doesn't have much of an aroma either. When you take a sip, it tingles on your raw tongue and tastes like fresh, still-ripe fruit, as if this is sake.❗️ Easy to drink❗️Today, being Friday, I drank the 4-goupe bottle in a blink of an eye.❗️❗️ Good sake.❤️

Today's Jungin Karahashi is made with the scent of dreams from the Homare Sake Brewery in Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture, using Utsukushima Yume Yeast❗️ The aroma is that of freshly brewed raw sake❗️As you take a sip, a raw tingling sensation spreads across your tongue❗️ followed by a raw numbness and a fresh and painful raw aroma that leaves your nose❗️❗️ very interesting and characteristic sake that I like❤️

It is a shochu made by adding water to the brewery's water at the production stage and lowering the alcohol content to 13%, which is less than that of sake. The shochu is watered down to 13%, which is less than that of sake. ❗️Tamaakane from Yama Daiichi in Kagoshima Prefecture, a product sold exclusively by special retailers. ❗️ The aroma is a fresh sweet potato shochu aroma that is not so harsh. ❗️ When you take a sip, it has a dense texture on the tongue. After that, unlike sake, there is no tingling or numbness, but there is a slight sweetness and a full aroma unique to sweetpotato shochu that passes through the nose. ❗️❗️A great shochu that even sake lovers can drink straight from the bottle. ❤️

(From the tartness on the tongue and the slight sweetness?!!!) Not sure this is brewed by olive yeast, but interesting ❣️

Today, a Junmai Daiginjo with 35% rice polishing ratio❗️❗️KEI❓❗️ was sold exclusively during the spring brewery opening at Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano. The aroma is sweet, which is characteristic of junmai daiginjos❗️As you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue, followed by a wonderful ginjo aroma❗️❗️It is not too thick, so there is no unpleasant bitterness afterwards.❗️Great sake❤️

Today's bottle is a raw sake from the Koyama Honke Brewery in Saitama Prefecture: ❗️ It wasn't so bad straight from the fridge, but I was concerned about the slightly bitter taste that lingered on my tongue, so I heated it up in the microwave at 35°C.
