Today we have Nara's Kaze no Mori ALPHA 1 DRY❗️ a sake that aims to be the opposite of the regular ALPHA 1❗️ The aroma is fresh and fruity❗️ sip and you will find a sharp and tangy sourness on your tongue followed by a slight bitterness❗️❗️ is it even more refreshing than the regular ALPHA 1⁉️ this sake is also good as a food sake⭕️

Today we have a Saku no Seiki Namikage Junmai Daiginjo from Saku, Nagano Prefecture❗️ The aroma is of a complex brandy-like aroma of the yeast, ❗️ and after a sip it has a rich texture on the tongue, it tastes like brandy or an old sake with a complex flavor as if it has been aged for many years. ❗️ and looking at the bottle closely, it was shipped this year but bottled in January 2020, so it has been almost 5 years, and it was bottled 4 years and 10 months ago, so it is almost 5 years old. It's almost like a secret sake that has been aged for more than 5 years❗️ ambitious sake⭕️

Today, a unique bottle of Beau Michel from Saku, Nagano, Japan: ❗️ Not much aroma. One sip and you get a sour, fruity, acidic taste that fills your mouth as well as your tongue. Then comes a numbing and sharp bitterness on the tongue❗️Alcohol content is even 9 degrees, and it really tastes like white wine❗️This is sake made from rice, and you can feel the potential of sake❗️❗️ interesting❤️

Today, Otters Junmai Daiginjo 45 nigori sparkling from Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture❗️ Before opening the lid, the nigori and the clear part were separated but when the lid was opened, it became a white carbonated drink diffused by the carbonation fizz from within❗️ The aroma was a subtle ginjo sweetness❗️As I sipped it, there was a tingling fizz on my tongue followed by a very sharp bitterness❗️A great food sake❤️
