FUJIYAMA
The sake is made from the same barrel-aged and blamed sake as the sake exhibited at Shinshu Meisho, which is famous for the sake names of Takizawa and Ting in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture❗️ and while the sake exhibited here is fire-aged, this one is a raw sake❗️❗️
The aroma is a fruity sweet aroma of ginjo❗️ and when you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tingling raw feeling❗️ and then the fruity aroma leaves your nose and a little bitterness comes in❗️ good sake as a food sake⭕️
