Today, a familiar sake seller recommended Yamasan❗️ "If you haven't had it yet, this❗️ is the one, and this year there are no more bottles in the brewery. This is the last of the bottles they have here too." He recommended that I buy two more sake bottles, but since I had already chosen to buy two more sake bottles without a shugobottle, I bought a shugobottle this time: ❗️ The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet❗️ sip and you get a slight tingling and pungency on your tongue followed by a soft fruity sweet aroma that passes through your nose❗️ interesting❗️ I would like to drink more of this brewery's raw sake that shows the true essence of the sake❤️

Today, a sparkling sake made from "Jukinmu" rice suitable for sake brewing by Wakanami Shuzo, Fukuoka Prefecture: ❗️ Even though it is a sparkling sake, the lid was a screw-on cap, so it took me a while to open it so it wouldn't overflow. When poured into a glass, it was light white in color❗️The aroma was faintly fruity and sweet❗️A tingling sensation of fizziness on the tongue when you take a sip❗️ followed by a sharp spicy taste❗️❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink❤️

Today, after a long time, Takagi Shuzo's Jyushidai❗️ The aroma is fresh and raw❗️ and when you take a sip, there's a slight sweet acidity on the tongue followed by a tingling sensation❗️ The Jyushidai I had a long time ago had a more concentrated ginjo sweetness, but this is better for me❤️

Today, Sanuki Kuraudai from Kawazuru Shuzo in Kagawa Prefecture❗️ son is drinking sake for the first time and wants this sake with 6% alcohol content❗️ The aroma is fresh and raw❗️As he takes a sip, he feels a sour tingling sensation on his tongue❗️Then there is a subtle sourness, which passes through his nose❗️The alcohol content is low, so the sake is a nigori sake, but it can be drunk neatly❗️

Today we have a very fine Kuromatsu Kenbishi ❗️ manufactured last December. The color of the sake is golden like old sake❗️ The aroma is sweet with a hint of old incense. A sip brings a numbness to the tongue after the concentrated mouthfeel. Then a faint smoky aroma passes through the nose. ❗️As expected of a historical sake from Nada. ❗️ It is cleaner and easier to drink than expected and I drank a lot of it as a food sake. ❗️

Today, I'm drinking Sanzen❗️ its Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu❗️❗️ from Kikuchi Shuzo in Okayama Prefecture. Personally, I think it is okay to drink at least one of the four items of junmai unfiltered nama sake at an izakaya, so this is a sake that I feel is a good sake by its name ❗️❗️, even though I am drinking it for the first time. The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of ginjo. A sip of this sake is refreshingly sweet with raw acidity on the tongue❗️It is also a good sake as a food sake❤️

Today's sake is a Junmai Daiginjo from Sanzenmori in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture❗️ The aroma is a slight ginjo sweetness❗️As you take a sip, there is a dry numbness on the tongue, as expected of a +12 to +13 super dry sake❗️After that comes a slight fruity sweetness❗️To strengthen that slight sweetness, I tried heating it up to 35℃ in the microwave, but the lingering dryness became too strong and I didn't really recommend it💢. It is true that it may be good as a food sake, but as a sake bearing the title of Junmai Daiginjo, it seems to be a little short.
