The aroma is fresh and sweet❗️As you take a sip, you get a mild texture, followed by a tangy acidity and then a sharp bitterness❗️And then the fresh sweet aroma leaves your nose❗️Good sake❗️Next time I want to drink it slowly in a bottle because I finished it quickly this time in a No.4 bottle. ⭕️
