After that, a refreshing sweet aroma of ginjo leaves the nose⭕️I feel like I have found a good sake❤️ I would like to try other types of sake from this brewery❗️❗️

Today, I drank an orikarami from Naraman in Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture❗️Naraman is often drunk heated, but since it is an orikarami, I drank it chilled. If you leave it as it is, the orikiri is there, but when you shake it, the entire bottle is a pale white color. The aroma is faintly sweet. ❗️ When you take a sip, you feel a tingling sensation on your tongue. After that, you can feel the sharp sweetness. ❗️❗️A great sake for a mealtime drink. ❗️Naraman without warmed sake is also good. ❤️

Today we have a Saku no Seiki Namikage Junmai Daiginjo from Saku, Nagano Prefecture❗️ The aroma is of a complex brandy-like aroma of the yeast, ❗️ and after a sip it has a rich texture on the tongue, it tastes like brandy or an old sake with a complex flavor as if it has been aged for many years. ❗️ and looking at the bottle closely, it was shipped this year but bottled in January 2020, so it has been almost 5 years, and it was bottled 4 years and 10 months ago, so it is almost 5 years old. It's almost like a secret sake that has been aged for more than 5 years❗️ ambitious sake⭕️
