Ibuki Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu from Ibuki, Fukushima❗️ drank the No.4 bottle last year in no time and thought I would have a bottle next time❗️ and it's been a year (;_;). The aroma is fruity and sweet❗️ and when you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tingling sensation. Then you can feel the sharp bitterness❗️ and the fruity sweet aroma leaves your nose❗️ interesting sake⭕️

Today, I bought another bottle of the special sake from Kame no Kai in Saku, Nagano Prefecture, which I drank before and enjoyed so much that I bought it again: a special sake that is only sold in ❗️3 places.❗️4 There are only a few more bottles of this sake.❗️ The aroma is fresh, fruity and sweet with the freshness of raw ginjo❗️A sip will give you a dense texture on the tongue, followed by tingling, fruity sweetness and finally sourness❗️and the scent of ginjo leaves your nose❗️❗️Great taste of raw, fresh, tingling ginjo!
