Ibuki Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu from Ibuki, Fukushima❗️ drank the No.4 bottle last year in no time and thought I would have a bottle next time❗️ and it's been a year (;_;). The aroma is fruity and sweet❗️ and when you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tingling sensation. Then you can feel the sharp bitterness❗️ and the fruity sweet aroma leaves your nose❗️ interesting sake⭕️

Brewing Strategy Meeting "Machida" ❗️❗️ The raw material rice and milling ratio are also undisclosed ❗️ The aroma is fresh, fruity, and sweet❗️A sip brings a fruity sweetness and sharp astringency after a dense, mellow texture on the tongue❗️The label is somewhat jokey, "Machida" in katakana, but don't underestimate it❗️It's a wonderful sake❤️
