千葉の酒好き
It has a slightly yellowish color and the smell is cemedine-like.
It has a sweet aftertaste, perhaps because it is made from the original brewing process, but it is not sweet, and it is dry.
I think it is better to heat up the sake, so I microwaved it as it is. It smells a little like lactic acid bacteria, and it tastes better this way.
