Koshi's KINOENE LIMITED series Polar Star (Rondostar). The label is cool. The slight bubbles are pleasant with a slight gasiness after opening the bottle. It has a strong sweetness, not so strong sharpness, but the aftertaste remains strong. Feels like I bought the label, but it wasn't a ha-ha!

We had a Twitch stream of 寫楽, the classic and most powerful junmai sake, warmed up. 寫楽 junmai is delicious cold, but once it is heated up, it has a fruity sweetness, and the rice is three times sweeter. This is a great drink for those who don't like sake or don't like to heat sake.

I like nigori, I really do. The aroma is like a nostalgic lactobacillus drink, the sweetness is slight, and the balance of umami and sourness is good. I have never had a normal Gozenshu, so I would like to try that one too!

Negipotato bowl of rice topped with Negipotato and miso soup at room temperature hiya. Negipotato is delicious, with the distinct sharpness of "gohyumangoku! But what matched best was the broccoli miso soup. It was a surprise to me that a vegetable miso soup and a sharp special puree could match!

A surprisingly watery summer sake. It was so smooth and easy to drink that it was almost too much. I thought, "Hey, wouldn't this be really good on the rocks?" I tried it on the rocks, but then the wateriness turned into water, so I don't recommend it. But the quality of the taste was Mutsu Hachisen.

くどき上手って、名前の由来の通り、飲みやすくスルスルと酔ってしまうことから女性を口説きにかかるスウィーティな味わいと、ばくれんのようなキレッキレの味と色んな顔がありますが、これは完全に前者。リンゴ系の甘みが優しく下を包む味わい。

Another edition of the well-known "Cospa Strongest Series" by Masamune Instrument! The pink label is so kawaii. The sweet muscat aroma, the refreshing sweetness in the mouth, and the refreshing aftertaste that is characteristic of Musical Instrument Masamune go well with all kinds of food. I only had salmon and barley nearby, but it was enjoyable enough!

Brewer's alcohol, don't underestimate it. A bottle given to me by a friend. It smells and tastes like apples! The sweetness that spreads in the mouth is a performance only possible with Daiginjo? I ordered this bottle when I went to a sake bar with a friend. Tobiroki has had a great influence on the current sake brewing industry.
