This year's AIR is again available, this time with a more refined and fresh taste than last year's. Even those who do not like sake can enjoy it easily. Even those who are not fond of sake can enjoy it easily with its elegant Mio-like taste.
It also has a lower alcohol content than most sake.
A bottle I brought as a gift.
It tastes like Senkyoku's Organic Naturals, which is sparkling with a stronger gassy taste. I have always liked the sharp taste of Organic Naturals, but I had no idea that it could be so stylish in sparkling form.
I want to repeat it.
This is a bottle that I had been putting to sleep. I think nigori can be creamy and refreshing, but it has a strong umami and a strong habit, but it is delicious! The aroma and taste is like vanilla yogurt, and the balance of umami and bitterness is exquisite. It's a bit of a departure from the modern style, but it's still delicious!
The gorgeous aroma, the gentle sweetness in the mouth, and the richness that remains was first class. The number of lots is so rare that they will not be able to handle it anymore this year.
I hope I can miraculously drink it again next year.
First impression of aroma and taste is cream cheese. It tastes like a dessert wine with a clean aftertaste. This is a bottle that is likely to lead the way in modern sake.
In addition to banana-like aroma, it has a soft aroma like cooked rice. The taste has a strong impression of bitterness and umami, leaving a fruity mouthfeel from the back. The fruity aroma after drinking is a nice touch.
Otokoyama's Gorilla Label has been on my mind for a while. Sake from Yamaguchi is getting better and better.
The carbonated gasiness and sweetness make it easy to drink!
Somewhere along the line, there was an Okinawan Reimei I'd always wanted to try at least once at a bar, so I ordered it without a second thought! It tasted dry and completely classic type of flavor. I drank it imagining that the alcohol-added sugarcane might have been made locally, but I honestly couldn't tell that (probably not, lol)!
Too refined and sweet, first impression smells like magic thinner. Later on, a refined sweetness with a refreshing sweetness and gassyness coming in. This is...delicious. It's so slushy, it's dangerous!
This bottle is a fast brewing sake, so I got it from my mother's family. We take our time to taste this rare doburoku, which is never available in Aichi Prefecture☺️.
The first celebratory sake of the New Year. Junmai Ginjo-shu with little cloying taste and good throat action. Slightly sweet and gassy!
We are drinking it with the whole family and it will be gone in no time.
I thought it might be active nigori, so I opened it slowly, but it was surprisingly mature.
Sake with a strong gaseous taste should be served in a champagne glass. It is sparkling and has a good balance of sweetness and sharpness.
The sweetness is restrained, and one can enjoy the umami of the lees, a good sharpness, and a sense of gas that can be felt quietly in the back of the bottle.
