I thought the main thing was the modern ginjo aroma and the gorgeousness in the mouth...? But the interesting thing about this sake is that the classic face of the rice flavor appears later on...!
It has a polished and refined taste, yet is super dry and doesn't interfere with your meal. The nice thing about dry is that it grips your mouth in a gulp and slips right through!
I LOVE nigori, so I toasted nigori in a champagne glass. It has a subtle sweetness, a firm bitterness, and a good sharpness. Above all, I love the sparkling gas feeling.
This is a bottle that will get you hooked on the world of kangiku.
The aroma and the gorgeousness in the mouth, you can tell how well it performs just by taking a sip! Personally, this is a brand that will be on my radar next year.
Compared to Akatombo, it is more mellow. It is also good in that it has a strong acidity and umami flavor. It has a strong flavor, so it would be a good match for a slightly strong dish. It is a good match for a strong dish.
It has a strong umami flavor. Mutsu Hachisen's fruity taste is unmistakable, but I thought the way the flavor of hiyaoroshi was carried by the sake was superb. I had Mutsu Hachisen's Natsu-Gin before that, so maybe it was even more so.
We had the autumn hiyaoroshi, Akatombo, again this year.
It has an accentuated acidity typical of Sentori with a hint of sweetness. It does not have a heavy feeling, but rather a smooth, crisp taste with a refreshing acidity and well-balanced bitterness. It also has a white wine-like mouthfeel.
The color is clear. The aroma has a cheesecake-like, cream cheese-like acidity and fermentation. The flavor is on top of it all, but it's not cloying!
But there is no dullness! The balance of sourness and sweetness is exquisite. Excellent as a food sake.
I am honestly happy to be able to drink Machida Sake Brewery at a bar in Nagoya. The fruity and refreshing taste is addictive!
I wonder if there are any liquor stores in Aichi where I can buy it.
Of all things, I made the terrible mistake of forgetting to take a picture right after opening the bottle, but it is a sparkling sake. It is a sparkling sake, or Mio as it is called, with sweetness, refreshing fizz and freshness. It is dangerous that you can drink it in a gulp. It would be great to drink it at Christmas or something. I didn't know the previous reputation of this sake, so I had no idea that it was like this...
Well, this is why sake is so much fun!
I recommend that you drink it up by the end of the day after opening the bottle.
I've been curious about this one for a while.
It is a pure rice sake with an elegant and not too peculiar taste while retaining the acidity of the traditional sake yeast.
I want to drink more and more Chiebijin from other breweries!
Long time no sogape! It's been since Do.
I would love to drink all of Sogape, but it is hard to find in Nagoya. So if I find it in a restaurant, I'll be sure to drink it!
Thanks to my boss for bringing me here lol.
The Numerosis has a strong rice flavor and a good strength that remains on the tongue, not to say it's heavy, but it's good!
It's autumn! The season for hiyaoroshi!
Ona was a brand that I had been curious about for a while but had not been able to drink.
It had a perfect balance of rice flavor and sweetness.
Technically, doburoku is not sake, but I've been dying to try it for a while now! Tono is my mother's hometown, so I asked my uncle to buy some for me. Doburoku tends to have the sweetness of unrefined sake (which I like), but the acidity like the top layer of yogurt and the sweetness of the sake are well balanced and delicious!
I recommend it as one of the supreme doburoku.
This Kamonishiki has a nice, elegant sweetness.
The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness that goes right through your nose.
I don't have the vocabulary to expand it any further.
I drank it at first at about Hanakairo, then lukewarm, and finally at room temperature.
As it says on the back of the label, it is best served cold or at room temperature.... It tastes good heated, but the bitterness is a little too assertive. The dry taste is mixed well with the sweetness in hiya, and the sweetness stands out at room temperature, giving it the best balance. I like Tokujun because you can enjoy this sense of balance.
The nose has a strong fruity aroma like muscat. In the mouth, the fruity aroma spreads, and the bitterness and acidity remain as a sharp taste, making it a well-balanced bottle.
