On the way back from Nagoya on a business trip, I drank alone on the Shinkansen. The snack was chicken skin chips. I thought it was a print on a cup, but it was not. It was printed on a transparent film.
This sake was given to me as a souvenir. I don't know what it is, but it is said to be made with No. 1 yeast. I thought it was dry with little rice flavor.
I have had a few sakes of Taka, which I am rather familiar with, but I discovered that I haven't had any in the past year since I started using Sake no Wa. Surprising. I haven't had Ottersai in Yamaguchi either. This is also surprising.
The bottle in the photo was opened in one day.
