I finished drinking it, along with the empty bottle.... I bought this on a trip to Wakayama. It was delicious, not too sweet, not too light, and easy to drink.

This one belongs to the dry genre. The gorgeous aroma and mellow flavor of the ginjo are wonderful ✨. Pair it with Sanma no Nare Sushi, a specialty of the Kumano area. Shichimi is a must! A little bit of soy sauce and black shichimi with a hint of green laver makes for a happy evening 🥰.

Gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma The mouthfeel is mild and smooth. For sushi, it is best served with a thick sauce. Aged cheeses go well with this wine.
