I bought some Nanban Misozuke (pickled green chili peppers often found on beef tongue) on a business trip to Sendai, so I went back to Miyagi's Ichinokura. When it comes to Miyagi sake, this is the sake I come in contact with most often, along with Urakasumi.

Continuing on, I bought a bottle of Dai-Shichi Namikoshi. This time it was a bottle. I had it with grilled horse mackerel. Next week, I plan to enjoy it with a pickle of jiobanmono that I bought in Iwaki.

It's a sake without sweetness. The sake brewer is famous for its most orthodox brewing method, "nama-hashiwazukuri". At room temperature.

Traveled to Hamadori to visit a museum of the earthquake disaster. On the express on the way home. I had a drink at an izakaya in Iwaki last night, and was told that 95% of the sake shipped is consumed locally. It is true that I have never seen this brand before. It is an easy-drinking sake with just the right amount of sweetness.

I found a fin sake set, so I chose a sake from Yamaguchi. I chose Yamaguchi sake, even though it is from Iwakuni.

Sweet ginjo sake. The label says it has a fruity sweetness, like a mix of peach and banana. I don't have a good nose, so I can't tell that much about it.
