A special 9th anniversary bottle of Shinmasa at a corner bar. The bottle is a beautiful red bottle, but unfortunately, we are not allowed to show a picture of it. The aroma is clean and fruity. It has a sweet and sour taste similar to that of apples, and is not like sake. It is just too delicious.

First Ehime sake. The aroma is faint. The taste is like a traditional junmai sake. I prefer it warmed up rather than chilled, as it is mellower. Good for the coming season.

Akita sake for a long time. The brewery Hanamup has high expectations for this sake. The aroma is slightly fruity. No gassiness. I felt sweetness and umami. It is a sake to enjoy the aftertaste rather than a clean and sharp taste. But I would like to try Hanamup.

My first Tokushima sake. The aroma is fruity. Slightly amber. No gassiness. The sweetness and acidity are fully expressed. Fruity and easy to drink.

This is my first time to try Saitama sake. It is from the same brewery as Saikyu. The aroma is slightly lychee? Muscat? Slightly amber. No gas. Sweet taste, little acidity. It was easy to drink and tasted good for an al 17%. I would like to drink Saikyu too.

Tasting and sales here, too. Yamadanishiki in Hokkaido! It was so rare that I bought it immediately. The aroma is slightly pear-like. No gassiness. Sweetness and acidity are just right and easy to drink. My favorite type.

Sake from the Japan-Ham collaboration. The title is written by former manager Kuriyama. The sake brewery is located in Kuriyama-cho. We were planning to celebrate the victory of Japan's No.1 team, but our wish did not come true. The taste is not too strong. It tastes like junmai sake with little ginjo flavor.

I bought it at the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Department Store because it was on sale for tasting. I also got a novelty. The aroma is faint green apple. Refreshing acidity. Slightly low alcohol and easy to drink. Modern impression. My favorite type.

This is my first Tokyo sake. The aroma is slightly pear-like. Clear and colorless, with a slight gassy feeling. Sweetness comes first. It looks like something, but I can't remember what it is.

Second time for Gogokaku. Purchased at a direct sales store. Chose the "Hi-ire" on the first day of the trip. The aroma is slightly pineapple. Pale amber color. Sweetness and bitterness, followed by an alty taste. It has a little bit of a habit.

Purchased because of the retro label. No gassy feeling. Aroma is weak and a little tingly on the nose. Sweetness and acidity are not prominent. It tastes like a junmai sake. It should be good as an in-between-dinner drink.

Purchased during a summer vacation trip to Kamikochi. The aroma is fruity with a hint of pineapple. The sweetness comes first, followed by a sake-like umami taste, and finishes with bitterness. The acidity is low. It is a taste I have never had before. It is limited to the brewery, so I recommend purchasing it.

Slightly effervescent, pineapple aroma and taste, easy to drink but al 16 degrees, curdled afterwards. Delicious. I like it a lot.
