It is rich in ginjo aroma and wonderfully done.
It leaves a caramel-like sweetness in the aftertaste.
This sake is gorgeous and has a strong flavor 🍶.

This is another slightly expensive sake corner 🍶.
The calm sweetness is like a peach 🍑.
The ginjo aroma is also subdued, and while it is less gorgeous than Kougetsu, the lightness of the flavor and the smoothness down the throat make it easy to drink 🤗.
The sweetness of the unrefined sake and the way the flavors are arranged were better balanced here 😌. ヒロ☀️
I went to the Dai-Shinshu Kurakai 🤗.
You exchange 2 tickets (worth 600 yen) for a sake cup, and then you can drink 4 kinds of sake as much as you want 🤩.
That's a generous offer 🤤.
I remember 2 types of sake....
◾️ Summer Sarasara
It has a clean taste and you can feel the umami of rice 🌾.
It has a bitter taste afterwards, and the ginjo aroma leaves your nose as you leave 😤.
It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake 🍶.
◾️Tankusubeshibori
This one is more rounded than the summer sarara: ⭕️
The rice flavor is the same but the sweetness is a little stronger😙.
I thought the Daishinshu was a little more sweet and sour, similar to Koshi and Taisetsukei, but both seem to have less acidity 🤔. @水橋Good evening, Hiro-san 🌆.

Everyone was drinking like crazy 🥳. おっSoft citrus aroma. Slightly sweet. Spreads on the tongue and has no habits at all. Soaks in. A high and tasty one.
A high-class sake made with rice from Tomi in cooperation with Daishinshu and Horyomon. Super expensive.
Furthermore, the plum wine made by Assumption became the best in Japan last year.
Furthermore, there is also a sake called "Sake without Assumption," which is twice as expensive as this one, but it is actually the same sake, made from a different pressing lot, and is said to be particularly delicious. What an amazing world!

The sake served was an all-you-can-pour blend of ginjo and daiginjo. Crazy. It smelled so good. Umesue (Japanese plum).
For 2,000 yen for six tickets, we were able to tour the brewery, which is something you can't normally do (photos are not for social media), so it was a lot of fun. のらりんGorgeous and fresh aroma. Dry but powerfully delicious with a hint of rice flavor. This is the last Toyono brewery to be brewed this year. かずきOpened September 5, 2020.

The scent makes me feel really good.
At first, there's a brief moment of honey-like sweetness, but it quickly kicks in, and the second half is mainly sour. Only in Nagano, it tastes 🍎 like an apple!
