The last stop on our Shinshu-Hokuriku washbasin tour was Gorin by Kurumata Sake Brewery, famous for Tengumai.

(I made a mistake! I drank it in January!)
The concept of this sake seems to be "dignified" and "never get tired of drinking.
When you have it with the sashimi, the speed of eating the sashimi

It was a great sake, the sweetness of the fat of the fish
The sweetness and umami of the fat of the fish is up. ⤴️
