I was really aiming for the "Ira Takeyoshi" but It was a little expensive ginjo-shu, though! A bottle suitable for a day to celebrate the end of one's years! Today we have "Urasato", Ogawa yeast. Ogawa yeast was discovered and nurtured by Chikara Ogawa. It was first used by Akari Sake Brewery (Mizuhu Pride). Is it now flourishing? Is it? I think it is my favorite yeast. ⁉️ The label is cute! Oh, Calpis! Not a snowy scene like the label, but The light purple color is beautiful 🤩. And it's got a little bit of a crunchy feel to it (not the katakana "petit petit" feel!). It's a little spicy, a little sweet, and I don't know what it is... Delicious! Delicious! I don't know what it is, but it's delicious! thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito (Mito, Hitachinokuni) *Lots of local sake from Ibaraki! What about regular sake shops?  I'm happy to buy it though! I'm going to soak it in while watching *[Oya-san to Boku]!

Today's offering is from Inaba Shuzo, a sake brewery in Tsukuba, Hitachinaka Province. It is a sake brewed by the Inaba Sake Brewery in Tsukuba, Hitachinaka Province. It is light and watery But it has a deep flavor. Sweet and umami? Deeply nourishing.... I feel pineapple and cotton candy in the distance. It's a really nice sake, and I want to savor it in a four-pack. I'd like to have a bottle of it. (But I couldn't find it for sale! Too bad 🫤) thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito (Mito, Hitachinokuni)

Today, I procured this at "Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito". This is Mizu-fu boast, Ogawa yeast. See you later! A gas and lactic acid aroma! Sweet, but not too assertively sweet! The fizzy feeling of residual gas enhances the flavor. I will buy it again! thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito

I bought this today at "Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito". This is the second bottle, a sake from Furukawa. The rice is "Hitanishiki". I was told that this rice produces a clear, dry sake, but it tastes sweet and rich! I had heard that this rice is supposed to brew a clear, dry sake, but it is sweet and has a rich flavor! I felt that the potential of sake is ♾️. I would like to taste it in a 4-ounce bottle. Yesterday's sake "Ancient Rice" was also sweet and good! thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito

Today's accompaniment is a sake from Sakuragawa, Hitachinokuni The aroma is far away Shaoxing sake, sweet and sour. The jacket is stylish. It has a strong alcohol smell and a dry taste. When you roll it around on your tongue, the bitterness and miscellaneous tastes spread over the whole mouth. I would like to have something to eat with this. Unlike the label, it is a powerful sake in the traditional sense. It is amazing that it has a complex flavor despite being a junmai (pure rice) sake.
