Today we are in Ueda, Shinshu.
It's the second day of my son's historical exploration and washbasin spinning tour.
In the afternoon, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery to buy two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei.
We bought two bottles of sake, and at night we had Ueda's famous oidare yakitori (grilled chicken)!
We are going to eat it!
The first bottle to go with the yakitori was Kamerei's Yamada Nishiki!
It has a clear taste with a deep, slightly medium-bodied flavor.
It is full of flavor and hard to find...
The match with garlic sauce is great!
It was a very satisfying experience.
