Today, when I visited Sanzenzakura Brewery in April I purchased a bottle of Ezo Momonga Junmai when I visited Sanzenzakura Brewery in April! Probably fire-brewed (sold at room temperature and packaged as a souvenir?) The Ezo flying squirrel is adorable! The taste...don't underestimate it, it's delicious! It is not like water, but like water. It goes down your throat with a little sweetness and its crispness. A little sweetness and its crispness will make you lose 300ml of it! It is made from Hokkaido rice, but what is it? Comet? Ginpu? Kita-Shizuku? Souvenir packaging for this quality? The Sanzenzakura Sake Brewery is a bit pointless, isn't it?
