Today we have "Takizawa" from Shinshu Meizou! We previously had a bottle of "Ding" from the same brewery. As it is called "mellow flavor", it is a little sweet and has an intoxicating aroma. It is a very drunken sake with a strong aroma. I was in a good mood and drank about 2 gou of it! Chida Shoten in Nango? It is a drunken feeling! thanks Chida Shoten(Ezo:Sapporo Shiroishi)

Today, the "Hatsumomiji" in Shunan City, Suo Province, Japan. Harada, is, finally? At a special dealership I've finally made a purchase. The label is red, so is it dry? I asked the guy at the store. I asked the shop's brother and he explained that it was a standard sake with a medium taste. It has a slight lactic acid aroma, yes, it's nice! Sweeter than the medium 👄, what does it taste like? It's hard for my stupid tongue 👅 to understand 🧐! A little fizzy. I can feel a little bit of fizz, I guess? But soft, not at all alcoholic. What? Am I drunk or something? thanks Maruta Senda Shoten (Ezo:Shiraishi) I could feel his passion for his work! Please go there! You should go there!

Masaaki Sapporo
7.5 points (wife 5.5 points) Alcohol content : 15%. Ingredients : rice (domestic rice), rice malt (domestic rice) Rice used : 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Tokushima Prefecture Rice Polishing Ratio : 60 Purchased from: Chida Shoten (Shiroishi Ward, Sapporo City) Silent when opened Almost no gas Slightly plum-like top The same fruity aroma as on the top rise, a moderate sweetness and umami of rice, which spreads quickly with a rather firm acidity reminiscent of lactic acidity, and finishes with a slight bitterness. It has an assertive acidity reminiscent of Shinmasa No.6, and is impressive. It is refreshing, so it can be enjoyed with a meal or on its own. It goes well with hamburgers and kimchi nabe with spicy toppogi.
