The evening is slightly cooler, probably thanks to the morning rain. My daughter who lives alone told me she would come visit me when it gets cooler. So we had a cup of sake (^o^). I took a sip, wondering what Sanuki sake tasted like. It tasted drastically different from the sake I've been drinking recently from Yamagata. The sweetness is restrained, and there is bitterness and acidity. It is a refreshing drink. Kagawa is not only good for udon, but also for fish, so you can go on and on with sashimi!

Sake from Niigata, the second cup (^o^) I chose it because it was hot and I thought it tasted of snow. It's a refreshing taste. It tastes light. I felt so at first because the first cup was raw sake. But from the third sip, the goodness of this sake comes(^o^). It has bitterness and a nice, honest taste. It makes me feel calm.

After watching Kingdom, I looked for a hot and cool place and found a corner bar. I found a corner bar and had a drink there. This is the Yamagata series from last month. This one has a strong taste. It is mellow, almost like amazake with refreshing water. The aroma of koji leaves in your throat. I like it. It's close to Omi sake but with a refreshing taste. This makes my mind buzz that there are other delicious sake in this store.

Tomorrow is my day off, so I'll have a drink there. Naraman is a sake from Fukushima. It has a good bitterness and a pleasant taste. It goes well with the sashimi of tuna at this restaurant. I guess it is thanks to the blessed nature of Fukushima that I can feel happy like this.

Tired of traveling? Yesterday, I went to Mt. Haguro for vegetarian food at an inn. Haguro and went to a liquor store 1 km away in search of sake. I found a sake called "kudoki-teki" (^o^). It's a bother, isn't it? It is a cup of bliss as if I was seduced. Today, I climbed up the 1,000 steps of Risshakuji Temple with my mother's wish, and my shirt was sweaty. I asked for my mother's long-lasting health. We went to Akayu Onsen (hot spring) on the same day. We drank Kudoki-jote again. Even though I climbed the 1,000 steps, this annoyance remained, didn't it? Haguro's water is delicious (^o^), sweet and pleasant to the palate. I am the one who was persuaded to remember my troubles.

Vacation trip(^o^) Ginzan Onsen Notoya. Mother and child are not together with filial piety. The trip started with Tatenogawa. It is a simple and sweet sake, which is characteristic of Yamagata. It is easy to drink. I thought I would drink it after taking a bath in the hot spring, but I drank a glass right away. The liquor store near the hotel was closed at 6:30 p.m., so I hurried to buy some sake.

I wonder if it is because I want to be lively no matter how busy I am that I am on my way back home. Now, Kabutomushi, a Japanese sake, is characterized by its acidity. It is said to be a domaine. What is Domaine? It means to do everything from rice production to brewing. I learned a lot, Mr. Cockatoo. Thursday, tomorrow is Friday - one drink there (^o^). It was cool after the rain this morning, but that made the daytime somewhat pleasant. Full-blown summer is near and the pool is open. Summer BOURRU is such a cool, sweet and gently fragrant nigori sake. I tasted it before starting the meal and felt good to be released from BOURRU, as I get better after drinking sake (^o^).
