Second cup(*^^*) It came while I was waiting for the seafood tempura. (*^^*) This is dry. I prefer fruity, so dry is going to be a dry comment. I guess this kind of taste is good to drink austere while contemplating. It's not wai-wai. (*^^*) I guess I'm still quiet, thinking I've been warned.

Some tough pointers at work today. So I had a drink there (*^^*). Everything is bearable, try to think positively and deal with it, right? Hmmm...(*^^*) The first sip tasted a little sour! (*^^*) The first sip was a little sour, but the second was delicious. It is well-balanced, so it is a double circle. It eases my nerves and makes me feel relieved, doesn't it?

March 1, a drink there (*^^*). It's a big cloudy fizz. The fizz is a little strong, but not too sweet. Sake from Mie goes well with water, and it all goes down smoothly on the palate. It seems to be drunk in a blink of an eye.

Second cup. Yukigumo is read as "snow cloud. It is a nigori sake that is not so sweet. The aroma is not too strong, so it is well-balanced and delicious. It is a very smooth sake.

Today was the day after the rain and the temperature was up. So we had a drink (*^^*) It's been a long time since I've been to Gobashi. I didn't know it had such a sweet taste. It also has a strong aroma as it goes down your throat. The water is like Yamaguchi sake, clear and calm. It is a good sake.

It's raining, I hope it finally cools down(^o^) I'll have a drink there(^o^) Akita's beauty. It tastes good. It has a gentle and soft taste. It has a sweet and nice aroma. There is no stimulation on the tongue. It goes well with grated radish and baby sardines.

The evening is slightly cooler, probably thanks to the morning rain. My daughter who lives alone told me she would come visit me when it gets cooler. So we had a cup of sake (^o^). I took a sip, wondering what Sanuki sake tasted like. It tasted drastically different from the sake I've been drinking recently from Yamagata. The sweetness is restrained, and there is bitterness and acidity. It is a refreshing drink. Kagawa is not only good for udon, but also for fish, so you can go on and on with sashimi!

Perhaps because of yesterday's rain, there was a slightly cool breeze at 8 o'clock. So I had a cup (^o^). This is a cool taste. It has a hint of sourness and bitterness, as if the moon is quietly shining on it. It also has sweetness, but the aftertaste is refreshing.

Heavy rain in Kyushu, while the sun is tingling in Kanto. I hope the heavy rain in Kyushu will subside soon. I wonder if it is because I want to be lively no matter how busy I am that I am on my way back home. Now, Kabutomushi, a Japanese sake, is characterized by its acidity. It is said to be a domaine. What is Domaine? It means to do everything from rice production to brewing. I learned a lot, Mr. Cockatoo. I don't think sake is a good remedy for heat stroke, but it is good to drink before going to bed. It is sweet and sour (^o^) and delicious when eaten with tempura (^o^).

Thursday, tomorrow is Friday - one drink there (^o^). It was cool after the rain this morning, but that made the daytime somewhat pleasant. Full-blown summer is near and the pool is open. Summer BOURRU is such a cool, sweet and gently fragrant nigori sake. I tasted it before starting the meal and felt good to be released from BOURRU, as I get better after drinking sake (^o^).

The second drink (^o^) I drank it because the proprietress recommended it. Hiroshima sake. Sweet and sour. It has a refreshing taste. It is called "Natsumakuchi," which means "summer mouth," so I knew it was good to drink.

After sweating it out in the sauna, I had this long-awaited drink (^o^). The first cup is a sake from Gifu. It is dry and refreshing. It has a bitter taste, which is good for summer. Sweating, working, and exercising for the sake of drinking (^o^) After all, life is all about having fun.

Finish with soba noodles. And then Fuji Taikan. I went to Ibaraki last year to see the castle. Hitachi sake is sour, bitter and has a nice aroma. When I visited the company's factory before, they said there was no good local sake, but that's not true. Delicious(^o^)

Second glass; they say it's an independent version of the 14yo. The sweetness certainly comes first. It has an aroma and is delicious. (^o^) I have never been to Akita, but I would like to travel there this summer. Of course, it will be a trip of local sake and history.
