Aizu sake. 2 years ago, I met Aizu sake in Aizuwakamatsu. I became a fan.
Next month, I'm taking my mother to visit hot springs. I'm going to drink it beforehand and taste it again at the real place.
This one has a mellow and calm taste. It goes well with chikuzen-ni.
What a happy feeling! I thank the proprietress.
