It is easy to drink, although it is fruity, perhaps because it is pure rice. I don't even mind the raw taste anymore, it's rather good. It has a sharp sweetness and a brewing taste, but I don't mind it, so it's good. It's a little tangy at the throat, so I still don't like it.

After work, I had a quick drink 🍶...or two 😏 with a coworker. Rice:Ginsan 74% / Miyamanishiki 26 Rice polishing ratio: 55 Sake meter: +4 Acidity: 1.8 Alcohol percentage: 16 Yeast: AK-1 The fruity aroma is well pronounced when you put the glass close to the bottle. It has a clear, refreshing taste, but it is also a little thick and you can taste the polished rice flavor. Unfortunately, there were only a few left, and I was only able to enjoy about 2/3 of the glass (though I was offered a small discount)!

Sake from Niigata, the second cup (^o^) I chose it because it was hot and I thought it tasted of snow. It's a refreshing taste. It tastes light. I felt so at first because the first cup was raw sake. But from the third sip, the goodness of this sake comes(^o^). It has bitterness and a nice, honest taste. It makes me feel calm.

After watching Kingdom, I looked for a hot and cool place and found a corner bar. I found a corner bar and had a drink there. This is the Yamagata series from last month. This one has a strong taste. It is mellow, almost like amazake with refreshing water. The aroma of koji leaves in your throat. I like it. It's close to Omi sake but with a refreshing taste. This makes my mind buzz that there are other delicious sake in this store.

Delicious is the only word that comes to mind. Ryoseki Brewery's sake is delicious.
