Sixth drink. Too much drink? (*^^*) 26 years old. Unintentionally almost the same age as my 27 year old daughter. lol I have to drink it. ❗️(*^^*) The lees are the color of old wine, surprisingly tart, and the aftertaste is withered bitterness! Delicious.

On the way back from Tateyama Castle at the sea I bought it at Marche Tateyama. I had a cup at home (*^^*) The water tastes honest. It is in Kururi. I imagined it to be fruity, but it tastes slightly bitter. The sweetness is restrained. It also has a salty taste. It tastes good while eating tofu.

Typhoon No. 10 turns into an extratropical cyclone. Ebina is raining. So we go to Tateyama Castle. Have a drink there (*^^*) Read as Jumangame There was a small amount of junmai sake left, so we were served it. The water has no peculiarities and tastes straightforward. It has sweetness, acidity, and a bitter taste at the end. The aroma is that of sake. It goes well with sushi and vinegared dishes. It goes well with a local fisherman's dish called san-yaki.

After a long day of karaoke snacks. The taste is not too strong. The bitter taste is effective. I had a drink there. It's a good sake from Fukuoka. I'm going to finish off with a cup of shime saba. ‼️

3rd cup 3 sweet, 2 bitter, 1 sour. Comparing the three drinks, the one with more acidity was better. Since I don't have any snacks for my sake, these sweet tastes are too heavy with sashimi. It is good to drink with pickled vegetables.

Hot. 40 degrees Celsius. So I had a cup (*^^*) The sweetness is refreshing. The balance is good, with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. The aroma is fruity. Of course, the water is good. It is soft with minerals.

Shizuoka is 40 degrees Celsius and hot, so we drank at home So I had a cup of sake there (*^^*) I drank it again this year, made with a wei yeast found 115 years ago. It is a white wine-like sake. This year, the acidity has decreased and the sweetness and aroma have increased. It tastes more like sake. The aftertaste is refreshing like wine. Won a gold medal at a sake competition this year. I support it.

Third drink memorandum. I'm so drunk I'm almost too drunk to drink! I've always found the sake from Chiba and Ibaraki to have a slight minerality, like salt. I think it is well-balanced with sweetness. It's a very drinkable sake.

Memorandum Second cup yesterday(*^^*). Sweet and sour. I think it is very polished. It is from Kikuchi River. The water in Aso, where the rice is grown, is pure and so is the sake. This is the only place in Kyushu where you can drink such pure sake!

It's pouring today. So I had a drink (*^^*). This is soft and sweet. It also has acidity. Sake from Mie is delicious. It is water without stimulation. I would rather enjoy it with a few snacks than drinking it with something to eat.
