The evening is slightly cooler, probably thanks to the morning rain. My daughter who lives alone told me she would come visit me when it gets cooler. So we had a cup of sake (^o^).
I took a sip, wondering what Sanuki sake tasted like. It tasted drastically different from the sake I've been drinking recently from Yamagata.
The sweetness is restrained, and there is bitterness and acidity. It is a refreshing drink.
Kagawa is not only good for udon, but also for fish, so you can go on and on with sashimi!
