Second cup. (*^^*) They don't have Shizuoka sake here. So I had a drink there. There is my favorite sake from Aizu. I have to say, nothing beats the crystal clear water of Aizu! Super light and dry. The sharp bitterness is nice! I'm eating tuna sashimi and beef hormone, so I was right in choosing this one.

Tour of castles in Shizuoka Prefecture. (*^^*) Samurai used to love sake, then the local sake must be delicious. So we had a glass of sake there. But the store has a bottle of Jishin at a reasonable price. I had to stop by for a while! It's delicious. Well balanced. Mie-no-Mizu has a nice, calm taste. Not too sweet, with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness, and just the right amount of aroma. It's still delicious! (*^^*)

I found an unfamiliar mark on the bottom right corner. I found a vegan mark and a kosher mark. Is that why it is handmade? My stomach is full, so I'm going to bed early with this sake.

I've had Morishima several times. It's somewhat fizzy and has a balance of bitterness and sweetness, so the squid tempura is delicious 😋🍴💕. I'm going back for another drink.

I returned home safely from my Mutsu solo trip. I took a souvenir of a bill for prosperous business from Kanejamizu Shrine to a store I am familiar with. (*^^*) I had a drink there (*^^*). I was told that there was a sake from Nara, so I immediately went for it. It has a strong taste and aroma, so I was able to drink a little at a time while enjoying the conversation. Thank you very much for the sake. (*^^*)

Golden Snake Water God Shrine for money and prosperous business. (*^^*) I pray for the prosperity of my friends and the karaoke snack bars and taverns in the shopping arcade that I always take care of. We drink a cup of sake there (*^^*) I chose the most extravagant Junmai Daiginjyo sake as the sacred sake, it has a gold seal, and the shrine is prosperous in business. Back from Mutsu solo trip. My back and legs are tired from climbing the Kasuga and Murakami castles. So I had a drink (*^^*). I bought this sake at Sendai station in a hurry. It is straightforward and easy to drink. Miyagi has this characteristic. The sake bottle was bought at the Golden Snake Water Shrine, where I went for a golden fortune. (*^^*) I hope I can spend a wealthy old age!

4th cup(*^^*) Delicious. It is not as spectacular as the earlier Jun, but the taste without any clutter means that this is Shimehari Tsuru. Tempura of ice head and cod sprouts. They are in great shape.

The 3rd cup(*^^*) The second cup is Oyomori. Both are delicious. There are different tastes, but Shimehari-zuru has no bitterness. Both are pleasant to drink. The owner of this bar prepares ice caps. It is delicious. Salmon in Murakami is delicious no matter where you eat it. Of course, it is only possible with the right technique.

Yesterday's report My fourth drink. To be honest, my memory is a bit fuzzy as I was having a lively conversation with the 73 year old man next to me. However, my first impression was that it was delicious. It was a collaboration of Naoetsu fish dishes and local sake. I had a chance to mingle with the young warriors at the karaoke snack bar, and they applauded my poor enka (traditional Japanese ballad). If you go to Sado, you must go to the port of Naoetsu. Let's come back. I promised the calm mama. Niigata Prefecture is long from north to south, so I'm looking forward to today as well, as I'm sure the sake tastes are diverse.

Today, we saw Murakami Castle and Shinbada Castle and went to Senami Onsen Hot Spring. We will have a drink there. I bought some sake from Naoetsu yesterday. I heard that the local brewery is Nohtaka. It's a daiginjo. It is delicious. The aroma is strong. It has a sweet and mild taste with no bitterness. And salmon and tofu from Murakami. (*^^*) Between you and me, whispering. It's different from the others! (*^^*) It's fatty, so it's not dry or crunchy. It's a perfect snack for sake. Good! (*^^*)
