Golden Snake Water God Shrine for money and prosperous business. (*^^*) I pray for the prosperity of my friends and the karaoke snack bars and taverns in the shopping arcade that I always take care of. We drink a cup of sake there (*^^*) I chose the most extravagant Junmai Daiginjyo sake as the sacred sake, it has a gold seal, and the shrine is prosperous in business. (*^^*) I was satisfied because it was still delicious.

Back from Mutsu solo trip. My back and legs are tired from climbing the Kasuga and Murakami castles. So I had a drink (*^^*). I bought this sake at Sendai station in a hurry. It is straightforward and easy to drink. Miyagi has this characteristic. The sake bottle was bought at the Golden Snake Water Shrine, where I went for a golden fortune. (*^^*) I hope I can spend a wealthy old age!

4th cup(*^^*) Delicious. It is not as spectacular as the earlier Jun, but the taste without any clutter means that this is Shimehari Tsuru. Tempura of ice head and cod sprouts. They are in great shape.

The 3rd cup(*^^*) The second cup is Oyomori. Both are delicious. There are different tastes, but Shimehari-zuru has no bitterness. Both are pleasant to drink. The owner of this bar prepares ice caps. It is delicious. Salmon in Murakami is delicious no matter where you eat it. Of course, it is only possible with the right technique.

Yesterday's report My fourth drink. To be honest, my memory is a bit fuzzy as I was having a lively conversation with the 73 year old man next to me. However, my first impression was that it was delicious. It was a collaboration of Naoetsu fish dishes and local sake. I had a chance to mingle with the young warriors at the karaoke snack bar, and they applauded my poor enka (traditional Japanese ballad). If you go to Sado, you must go to the port of Naoetsu. Let's come back. I promised the calm mama. Niigata Prefecture is long from north to south, so I'm looking forward to today as well, as I'm sure the sake tastes are diverse.

Yesterday's report The third glass was Chibitigawa, well-balanced in taste and aroma. The local sake around Naoetsu has a strong aroma. I heard that the wells in Naoetsu have a strong golden air in the water, but I guess it changes in the manufacturing process when it comes to sake. Thank you for your hard work while thinking about the time and effort of these manufacturers.

Today, we saw Murakami Castle and Shinbada Castle and went to Senami Onsen Hot Spring. We will have a drink there. I bought some sake from Naoetsu yesterday. I heard that the local brewery is Nohtaka. It's a daiginjo. It is delicious. The aroma is strong. It has a sweet and mild taste with no bitterness. And salmon and tofu from Murakami. (*^^*) Between you and me, whispering. It's different from the others! (*^^*) It's fatty, so it's not dry or crunchy. It's a perfect snack for sake. Good! (*^^*)

GW Mutsu solo trip. First of all, I got tired of climbing up Kasuga-yama castle of Kenshin Uesugi. I will have a drink there (*^^*). I'm going to have a fish dinner and karaoke with local people at an inn in Naoetsu. I had a drink to cheer myself up. I expected it to taste sweet, but it has a surprisingly bitter taste. It tastes of water and the firm aroma of sake with a twang. The sweetness comes after that. This is the sake of Echigo, the strong side of Uesugi's army is coming! (*^^*)

This is my third cup after changing stores. It is dry and firm. The water is good, so it goes down smoothly. In other words, I can drink even the third cup. I want to drink miso soup soon.

Second cup(*^^*) It came while I was waiting for the seafood tempura. (*^^*) This is dry. I prefer fruity, so dry is going to be a dry comment. I guess this kind of taste is good to drink austere while contemplating. It's not wai-wai. (*^^*) I guess I'm still quiet, thinking I've been warned.

Some tough pointers at work today. So I had a drink there (*^^*). Everything is bearable, try to think positively and deal with it, right? Hmmm...(*^^*) The first sip tasted a little sour! (*^^*) The first sip was a little sour, but the second was delicious. It is well-balanced, so it is a double circle. It eases my nerves and makes me feel relieved, doesn't it?

I got off on the way to Hakata. I wanted to see Akashi Castle. We had a drink there. Banshu Ikkyo, delicious. I bought it at Seven-Eleven. It is easy to drink. After drinking at an izakaya, I wandered around Akashi Castle in the nighttime cherry blossoms. I'm proud of this castle. Both the cherry blossoms and the castle are beautiful.

It is windy today. I was in the field tending to my leeks and it was raining lightly. I took them out. We had a drink there. Sushi counter. Yeah, it's sweet. And the taste of Yamaguchi water. The taste of calm and clear water. Sour and slightly sparkling. The raw oysters and sushi put me in a good mood. Today I protected the green onions from the wind that was beating them down. I was happy with the plastic tunnel.

March 1, a drink there (*^^*). It's a big cloudy fizz. The fizz is a little strong, but not too sweet. Sake from Mie goes well with water, and it all goes down smoothly on the palate. It seems to be drunk in a blink of an eye.

Today we visited the Fire Department's Disaster Prevention Center. We had a cup of sake there (*^^*). It has a rich and gentle aroma of sweet rice. It is also gentle to look at. The water in Wajima is gentle. I heard that Yokohama Fire Department also flew out to support the firefighters, and I'm looking forward to seeing the firefighters' activities in Wajima.
