ささかま3
This sake will be released on November 13. It is said to be the first sake collaboration between Zao Shuzo and Uchigasaki Sake Brewery.
The two breweries, both born in 1987, began developing this sake in 1987, using 87% polished rice of Miyagi's sake rice "Kuranohana" and blending the sake with each other's sake. The price is 1987 yen including tax, and the alcohol content is 13%.
I drank this sake, which was designed to support local companies and to appeal to young people.
The fruity aroma and lychee flavor made it easy to drink and delicious.
It is difficult to get young people who do not drink sake to drink it, but the illustrated label may be useful.
