Hachitan-Nishiki Junmai-Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Shu ORIGARUMI I received this sake as a gift from a friend. Aroma like lychee? It has a strong sweetness and a faint bitterness at the back of the tongue. It lingers for a while after drinking. It was creamy, mild, and delicious sake like amazake.

Room temperature As soon as you drink it, the sweetness of the rice and the spiciness of the alcohol spreads. There is also a strong pushiness. It is a normal tasty sake with no characteristics in a good sense. Try drinking it more chilled.
