Comet 100%. Alcohol 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. This is a sake rice from Hokkaido. It was adopted in 2006 and is said to have low protein content and high yield potential! It seems to be expected to produce a light-flavored sake â It was a delicious sake🍶😄.

Alcohol 14%. Polishing ratio 45%, 100% Yamadanishiki Asahi Shuzo is a sake brewery that only produces the Otters brand. I love it because it is usually delicious, but the price has gone up by about 1,000 yen. Well, it is Junmai Daiginjo, so cost is not an issue. I can't help it, so I can't afford it anymore 😱. So, it is a gift. I rarely buy sparkling wine😄. For your information. In China, otter means the lunar new year when otters are seen to be celebrating fish. Otter... otter. Festival From the way otters lay out fish, it seems they are making offerings to their ancestors. It is said to come from 😅. Not the origin of Asahi Shuzo's Otter lol

Alcohol 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. Once fire-quenched. It does not seem to be related to Toshusai Sharaku! A mysterious ukiyoe artist of the late Edo period. Active for about 10 months. Who the hell is Sharaku? He is one of the four great Ukiyo-e artists who were also known as 😄. It is wonderful to enjoy Ukiyo-e while drinking sake🍶! Banshu Aizan, the quintessence. It was a gorgeous tasting sake.

Hakutsuru-Nishiki 80 Polishing ratio: 40% for koji rice Kake rice 50%. Alcohol 15%. It seems that Toyo Bijin's Hakutsuru-Nishiki has been on sale since 2023. I did not know that! Hakutsuru-Nishiki is a rice developed by Hakutsuru Sake Brewery in 2007 with the concept of replacing Yamadanishiki. As the name suggests, I felt a crisp impression reminiscent of white 😊. This rice was exclusive to Hakutsuru Shuzo, but has spread since 2012 when it was supplied to Takagi Shuzo. Hakutsuru Nishiki from Jyushiyo was also outstandingly delicious, but it is not available and drinkable these days.

Alcohol 16%. Polishing ratio 58 Kinoene Colors in the beginning. I always thought "Kinoene" was "Koshi". It was the beginning of the twelve signs of the Chinese zodiac! The 12 signs of the Chinese zodiac are the 10 signs of the zodiac, starting with Koshi, and each year the 10 signs of the zodiac and the 12 signs of the Chinese zodiac shift one by one, coming full circle in 60 years. There is an origin for the 60th year of the 60th year of the sexagenary cycle as a reincarnation 🙆🙆. The 10 signs of the Chinese zodiac...A, B, C, D, Boshi, Ko, Seon, Spin, Im, Gye Chinese zodiac signs...子丑寅卯辰巳午未申酉戌亥 This year is "Kou-Datsu". Next year will be "Otomi". This year was a year of change, next year will be a year of overcoming difficulties and growth😄. This is the result of my internet search😅 I learned a lot. Thanks a lot.

Alcohol: about 16 degrees Celsius Polishing ratio 44 It is definitely delicious! Outstanding... ♪ Sake rice called Aiyama was the exclusive rice of Kenryo Sake Brewery🌾. After the Great Kanto Earthquake, Kenryo Sake Brewery was hit by the disaster, and Takagi Sake Brewery reached out to contract farmers. From there, it spread! Aizan is a difficult sake rice to grow because it grows tall and slow. In fact, only 2% of Yamada-Nishiki is harvested. It is said to be the diamond💎 of sake rice, and an expensive one at that. It's still good 😊.

Hello, Atsu0053. I often received Aizan sake this year, but I didn't know it was sake rice with such a history: ⤴️ It's more fun to drink sake when you know the background too 😊. Kudo-san and Aizan-san are both delicious 🎵.

Thanks for reading, ma-ki-😊. Most of the information is from the internet! I remember the first time I drank Jyushiyo Aizan, the manager told me about it lol. It seems that Kenbishi Shuzo used Aizan as a secret ingredient! Thank you 😊.

It seems that they do not judge by the label, but rather "taste freely without being bound by stereotypes! It was a fruity and delicious sake. Takachiyo is a master 😆. I continued with the gold. It's not there anymore though.

Alcohol 15%. Polishing ratio 45 Banshu Yamada-Nishiki, which you have drunk many times, has been renewed as Kamimoroshira, hasn't it? Takagi Shuzo is feeling the evolution of the Kamimoroshira series starting this year. I can see a sense that they are changing their line and anticipating a new boom 😄. I think it's just my own feeling 🙆 Please don't refer to it at all. Slightly effervescent, chemical taste, this was water based lol. I took the liberty of feeling the evolution 😊. Thanks for the treat 🥰.

I searched the net to find out the answer and it says it reminds me of grape🍇. Indeed. It smells like grape🍇. I eat more grapes than lychees! Wine was also 🍷 popular for a while and I enjoyed drinking Beaujolais. Still, lychee. I'll take lychee, please.

Gokotsuru was gone once in 2017 but seems to be back. I couldn't tell if it was from Nagano or Fukushima prefecture. The manufacturer is in Fukushima Prefecture and the production facility is in Nagano Prefecture. Both Nagano and Fukushima prefectures have a lot of delicious sake!
