Alcohol content 18%. Polishing ratio 60 Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Due to its characteristic fizzy taste, it requires attention ⚠️ when opening the bottle! When we flicked it to make it cloudy, it overflowed a little 😔. It is gooey. It is high in alcohol, but it was a delicious sake 🍶 that is easy to drink and provides vitamin B and amino acids! Thank you very much!

Alcohol content to 15%. Polishing ratio 80 100% Aizan This brewery was relocated from Gifu Prefecture to Hokkaido. This was due to the aging of the brewery and global warming, which made it difficult to brew sake as before! Higashikawa Town in Hokkaido is a camera 📷 town. Near the roadside station, there was a ramen restaurant called Ramen Ezo. It was so good that I used to go there to eat whenever I stopped by Higashikawa Town, but it is now closed 😖. I saw some tourists taking pictures of the straight road, so I also ↑ The water is delicious and so is the sake🍶. The sake was very tasty, although it was low-polished rice, which is very popular these days! By the way, the milling ratio of common rice🍚 is about 90%♪

Alcohol content 15 Polishing ratio: Koji rice 55%, Kake rice 59 100% Akita rice used Suitama is the Japanese name for emerald. The words of the gemstone are "happiness," "luck," "love," and "hope. The gem language is "happiness," "good luck," "love," and "hope. Since ancient times, it has been believed that the clear green light has the power to lead people to good health. It is said that gazing at emeralds can restore one's eyesight, and that wearing emeralds gives one a sense of peacefulness, as if one were in a forest, and supports one's ability to think and make good decisions! Drinking Sui Jade 🍶 may give you a sense of well-being, improve your health, restore your eyesight, and improve your ability to think and make decisions 😄. Immediately after opening the bottle, I felt it was clear and light. On the second day, I felt the impression of a stronger alcohol taste.

Alcohol content 14%. Polishing ratio 50%. The name was changed from "Brewing Forest🌳"! I didn't know that! I got it as a souvenir again and again, and it is delicious! Too good 🐎. It has a nice crispness to it and a gorgeous aroma. Apparently the rice is made from Gohyakumangoku. It is brewed well, judging from the tangy feeling at the end. I know you will be pissed off at me, but it is delicious! It's already gone 😱. I wonder if they sell a bottle! I hope they sell more bottles! Thanks for the food 😋😋.

Rice polishing ratio 75 Alcohol content 17 100% Aizan There is a famous sake in the village of great water and fireflies! That's a good expression, isn't it? Aizan, which is said to be a diamond of rice, is not polished on purpose! It has a soft taste. It seems to have matured over the summer and has a slight color. It is delicious because it captures the characteristics of the rice! Right after opening the bottle, I felt that the alcohol was a little high, but it was sweet. But it tastes like a delicious sweet Aizan 😋. Aizan is the best. Seventy-fifty percent is good enough! On the second day, it settled down from alcoholic to slightly spicy 🤔. Good purchase. Thank you very much 🤔.

Alcohol content 15%. Polishing ratio 50%. Yamagata Prefecture, Yamashu No. 4 is used. It is said to be a bottle that accompanies the "memories" of everyone who drinks it! It was perfect for a drinking party 😄. It was the second half of the season, so I don't remember the spiciness or anything, but it is a delicious sake. The aroma must have been good too, but after the Hanayo, it lost out. I heard it is so popular that you can't buy it.

Alcohol content 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. The most delicious sake made from white rice and water. It is brewed with local water, local rice, and local people! It is brewed with local water, local rice, and local people. It's a cosy standard product 😄. It is a well-balanced sake that can be matched with any meal 🍽️. It does not insist on individuality🍶, it is modest but delicious. I think the taste of rice will come out well when the temperature is higher.

You can gobble it down with just sake alone all the time. Delicious 😋! Delicious! We had a drinking party, so I emptied it all 😋. I was too drunk to spill it. I can't get it at all 🙂 🙂. Thank you 😊

Alcohol 17% or more but less than 18%. Polishing ratio 58 100% Akigeshiki produced in Kagawa Prefecture Akigeshiki seems to be rice rice, not sake rice! The color is slightly tinted, and I thought it had a storage condition, but it says "Sake pressed in early spring and stored at -5°C for a certain period of time". I heard it is called Autumn Sake 🍶. It was delicious ☆Thank you 😊.

Omachi is considered to be difficult to cultivate because it stands over 150 centimeters tall, making it prone to collapse and vulnerable to pests and diseases. At one time it was even called "phantom rice! There are quite a few sake🍶 made with Omachi, but the amount produced is very small. It was delicious ☆Thank you 😊.

Alcohol 15%. Polishing ratio 60 It seems to be made from Dewa Sanzan! Inazo is brewed using rice grown by the brewery itself. Inazo is the label. It was slightly effervescent and the lid was hard to open. It is a delicious sake 🍶. Mitobe Sake Brewery Nitobe Inazo They are somewhat similar. Inazo Nitobe was a man who left a famous saying "Hopefully, we will become a bridge of the Pacific Ocean", and he was a person who carried out to spread Japanese ideas to foreign countries and to spread foreign ideas to Japan 🤔. The old 5,000 yen bill indeed!
