This bottle is made with Hashu Honor from the "Jundo Ichizu" limited edition series of Toyo Bijin, a famous sake brewed in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Hashu Homare is a variety developed over a period of 18 years by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of the famous sake "Jyushiyo," and only a few breweries in Japan are able to use it. This junmai ginjo-shu is carefully brewed using such rare Hashu Homare.
