I was surprised at the last! This time in Nara, we were looking for this sake. It was not at the restaurant in the evening. However, it was! I was surprised to see this sake at the last shop in Nara this time! You have it? I am so happy! Is this The Sake? It doesn't have a kick to it, but I think it is a delicious sake to go with food. That's the limit for today... At the end, we had a La France liqueur sour as a study (lol)!

It has been a challenge to get drunk on Nara sake endurance. I took a 2 hour nap lol. It is night time. When I entered the restaurant, there was an autograph on display. It is Aki Yoshikawa! I had her sign my phone cover the other day. Naturally, I was excited to see the same signature. It is Yatagarasu. I chose a cool label! It's a new series! It has a juicy flavor. Both sour and sweet are assertive. I would like to try the blue bottle too.

I have always been curious about this dekasei. It is a sake with a dry image, but I chose nigori for my first Izusei~! This is undiluted Calpis! Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! But I think undiluted Calpis is much sweeter. Very interesting sake! I wanted to drink it on the rocks as well!

It is labeled with a cute little Daibutsu-san. The front label says Junmai-shu, but the back says Junmai-Ginjo-shu. It has a completely different type of flavor. It has a sweetness that is not fruity. What is this? It was an easy-drinking sake. The store owner told me it was "a sake that doesn't come in very often". This was lucky! There was no Matsunotomo from Gojo City, which I was looking for...

Next is "Nara Izumi Yusai"! It is my sacred place. I had a secret mission in progress. That is, to conquer all brands of Nara sake! A fitting place for the "Nice to meet you" series. Sake from Nara Prefecture are all lined up in one place. First of all, here it is. I see, it's the density of the original sake. Slightly caramelized. It's fun~! There are so many different tastes! Oh, it's not a brand name conquest... It's "sake brewery conquest!

Hi Pekka Ru 😃 You have a mission to conquer all the Nara sake brands, Pekkaaru 😎✨. I don't know how many brands of Nara sake you have, but as a sake drinker who is on a Masamune mission, I support you 📣📣📣.

Hello, Pekkar! Mission to conquer Nara sake~ 😲. I thought you drink a lot of sake, but I guess that's because you are on this mission 🤗. I will study Nara Sake again ✍️

Hello, Hiro-san! Thank you very much! I'm correcting the sake brewery conquest (sweat). There are 27 breweries in the Nara Sake Brewers Association. Three more breweries to go and we will be complete. I will do my best! Nice Nara Sake 👍️

Next is "Inada Sake Brewery"! It is located on the way to Nara Station. At Tenri station, where we got off the train, I bought my first turmeric of the day. Because it is not sold around the Miwa station. This is a point of caution to the Ojinja Shrine, lol. I got peace of mind in Tenri! Walking along the shopping street for 7 minutes. You have arrived at the store you are looking for. This is Akitsuho's two-year aged sake. Oh, it's Akitsuho, isn't it? It's Akitsuho, isn't it? On the palate, it was sweet and sour for a moment. It was neither modern nor classic. However, it was an easy-drinking sake without any stinginess. While I was drinking alone, an uncle came in next to me. He said to me, "Since you were there, I couldn't help but join you. That's the best part of drinking at a kaku-uchi! It was fun and delicious!

The place of my dreams! I went to the Ookami Shrine~! I was inspired by your posts~! The route is Katsunichi Shrine → Miwa Lore Storehouse → Imanishi Sake Brewery main store → Miwa somen batter croquette store in front of the station. Yes, the Kanji characters for "samorosugi" (cedar)! Miwa Densho Kura brewed 60% dewy leaf wind. The aroma is at a faint level. The impact of the first sip was amazing. Everything in my mouth exploded with "Delicious! exploded all over my mouth. However, it quickly receded. It's brilliant! The taste is fruity but gentle. The fruit seems light but has a solid core. Very smart. There was no cloying taste at all. Miwa Densho Kura Brewery brewed Rohafu 65 To be honest, we could not tell the difference from 60. The sake is really beautiful. It is clean, righteous, and sake brewing. I felt I could understand this when I drank it. Nanadoro 60 Unfiltered Nama Sake brewed in Miwa's traditional brewery I heard that the number of "Nama" is already small. Under the scorching sun today. We gave up on taking home the raw sake.... We will have it at the restaurant! This one has a slight aroma. Of course it is delicious! After drinking the nama-shu, I was impressed by the greatness of the hi-ire-shu I just had. It is unbeatable!

Here is the last one. There was a drink I wanted to drink! The restaurant prepared a glass with ice. That's what I'm talking about! Oh, it tastes like sake even when you break it open! I am already completely drunk. All I wrote on my note was "Delicious".... It was another fun sake costing sake brewery~! The all-you-can-drink-for-unlimited-time course was too awesome (lol)! Thank you very much!

Hello, Jay & Nobby! Sake Rock Fest. This was the only drink I had that day. I'm glad I was able to drink it at the end! I came home wobbly, but felt refreshed the next day. That's my guardian god, Mr. Turmeric!

Here's another story from the sister clerk. I appreciate it! I had assumed that Isshaku Suisei was a divinatory name. I am a Five Yellow Saturn. It was the difference between "Mercury and Suisei..." The origin of the name is "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water," and the conscience on the label is his second son's name! It was introduced as a cheap and tasty sake in the Sakélabo-Chénnel that I watched the other day.

Apparently, it is a method of fire-working using a technique called a "pastry striper". The name sounds like a special move of a sentai hero (lol). It is an advanced version of bottle-hiire that does not lose any flavor. He told us that even though it is hi-ire, it has a freshness that is greater than that of nama-zake. What surprised me was the "mark" on the label. It was a turtle and a mouse! Looking back at past photos, it was indeed a turtle and a mouse. This is a sake that I have enjoyed many times.... I knew it for the first time.... Fresh and clean. It was clean and sweet. A delicious drink!

The lady at the restaurant explained. The brewer, the provider, and the drinker "make" the wine together. The mark on the lid is a symbol of this idea. I see. It is a very well-balanced sake. I felt that the floral, sweet, and fruity flavors all supported each other without coming out too much. The mascarpone on the nori seaweed. It went perfectly with the sake! It's so good!

Good evening, Mr. Pekkar! You drank a lot 😁✨✨. I'm so glad you had such a thought put into the lid of the Saku-sama 😲. I'd like to drink Waetsu someday, which is only available at restaurants 🤤.

This beauty is said to be a sake brewed with unmatched rice that is not sent for general distribution. The store staff recommended a pairing. It goes sooooo well! Camembert cheese on a packet. The honey and black pepper did a wonderful job! It is amazing! On its own, it's sweet and fruity! It tasted like ripe apples. It was a very delicious drink!
