A liquor store on my way home from work informed me that "Saku is in stock"! This is the only way to go. Enochi is the only choice. That's because Impression M was very tasty. The joy of being able to buy Saku close to home. I may have already had a feast when I paid for it. But after all, I will eat it. Oh, it smells sweet. Smooth and beautiful. Is it like a pear? It is fruity. It's refreshing, but it may be the most robust of the crop. This is delicious! I was very satisfied with the Sakusama!

Thank you very much for taking the Hankyu train today." Here is a drink from Osaka. What a surprise! This sake is a collaboration between Kiyotsuru Sake Brewery and Hankyu Corporation. Amazing! The bottle is the image color of Hankyu Railway. The back of the bottle shows the station sign (lol). I use the Hankyu Railway every day. I ordered it without thinking. It tasted like the sake. It was a delicious sake that would go well with food. So, no second transfer today, we are at the end of the line.

Did the three-day weekend make it so? I went to Asano Sake Shop two days in a row! Maybe Mr. Okura made me do so (lol). I really wanted to drink it. The aroma is mild. It is a nice smell of Mr. Okura. This one uses Edo yeast. The sake level is -10. Of course, it has a sweet image, but the sourness also plays a big role. The balance is excellent. It has a smooth texture on the tongue, but I think it is a relatively light type of sake among Okura's. We enjoyed it very easily!

It smells very nice too. I don't know how to describe it.... Anyway, I can't get enough of it! This is Okura-san with Aizan and No.6 yeast. The sweetness spreads in your mouth. It is also powerful. The balance with the acidity must be exquisite! It finishes the drink neatly. So it is an endless loop of drinking it again right away. Delicious! President Okura is the best! Everyone in the restaurant was smiling~!

In November, Asano Sake Shop is holding the "Sake Nara Fair". On the 1st, Mr. Okura visited the store, so we went there~. It was past noon, but the store was packed. Mr. Okura, wearing a hachimaki, was serving customers with a fan in his hand! He is loved by everyone! First of all, I had a cup of Asahi! I love Okura after all! (laugh). The aroma is outstanding. Gentle on the palate. Ripe fruit. Syrupy sweetness, but zero stickiness. Not tart. Strong flavor. It is a very drinkable sake. It was an extremely tasty sake.

Luncheon meeting after the Japan-U.S. summit meeting. It seems that Umenoyado's Katsuragi Junmai Daiginjo was served! I feel kind of happy (laugh). This is the sake we brought back from the recent brewery opening. It is the opening of the Hanakinisake! I've been looking forward to it since this morning. It smells great. Oh~~! It's so delicious! The rice polishing ratio is 90%? It has no off-flavor, no habits, and is just delicious. It is a waste of my poor expression to describe this sake. It has a moderately sweet but fruity flavor. As you continue to drink it, it gets a good kick. I bought a bottle of "Smooth Cheetara" at Lawson. It goes well with it! In no time at all, I had my second cup! I'm in a good mood.

This is a story from a recent Sunday. We headed from Umenoyado to Gosho City. Aiming for my favorite Kaze no Mori (Wind Forest). Ooooooo! There it is, the "Aburacho Sake Brewery. I've seen the chimney-like tanks and the well that produces super soft water in videos! I was very impressed! And then we decided to buy sake at the nearest liquor store from Kaze no Mori! This is Higashikawa Sake Shop. The sake I chose was Future Sake III! ◯Founder's jar brewing Aged shochu "Firebird Fat: 10-year old shochu "Takacho It is a trifecta of the overlap of time. The alcohol content is 19%. It is served with a pinch. The aroma is a pleasant bonded smell (in a good sense), and it smells like banana. When you put it in your mouth, you will say, "What the heck is this? It's so delicious! The texture is thick on the tongue. Very rich. It is quite sweet, but surprisingly refreshing. This is the type of sake that can be served on the rocks. This is a type of sake that has never been served in Kaze no Mori before. The 19% is very strong. However, there is no sense of alcohol at all. There is no sharp taste either. I'm looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and beyond. It's good!

I can't stop writing reviews. It's going to be about 3 sheets of A4 paper...(sweat)... I'll cut it.... I will cut it! I will omit quite a bit. I visited the Aburacho Sake Brewery. There is a liquor store near the brewery. I bought a cup of Shinomine sake there. This is Higashikawa Sake Shop. The back of the business card is Yabari! So cool! I had it cold. Very refreshing. No sweetness. It has a beautiful dry taste. Today it is served in a hot pot. It is a sake that goes well with all kinds of food. It is delicious! At a railroad crossing on the way to the restaurant, we found the word "Kushira" (櫛羅)! It is another brand name of Chiyo Sake Brewery. Kushira is the name of this area. I was so happy that I took a picture of it.

Umenoyado Kurabiraki 4 Mr. Yoshida, the brewer, gave us his autograph! We are too happy! Thank you so much! I was so nervous! I told him how I got hooked on sake through undersongs, how many times I had watched videos of Umenoyado, and how I had wanted to go to the kurabiraki from last year... I talked too fast when I was nervous. When I get nervous, I talk too fast (laughs)! Maybe President Trump will drink?" What a surprise, I heard that Nara sake will be brought to the meeting! The brewer was talking about it. The last one is the highest quality sake! It has a gorgeous aroma. The sake was soft to drink and a little strong. It was a delightful day. ~~~~ We then headed two stops away to Kintetsu Gosho Station. This is the Aburacho Sake Brewery in Kaze no Mori.

Umenoyado Kurabiraki (3) I had applied for a brewery tour. I tried to check the display on my cell phone, but it was very difficult because of the speed limit.... I was in a hurry with my 4G cell phone, which was not responding at all (laugh). I have also seen this brewery tour on video. I was deeply moved to be standing at that place. At the tasting, the 19-year-old brewer spoke. Of course, he can't drink yet. He says that five of his peers are making high-end sake. The sake will be served at the coming-of-age ceremony in Katsuragi City! During the tasting, we were given two types of sake. The Junmai Ginjo was aromatic, refreshing and juicy. It was very delicious. The other was a 90% Omachi polished rice sake. I bought a bottle of this one. I will post more later! At the end of the tour, I received a key chain. I am so happy!

Umenoyado Brewery Opening (2) The bus proceeded with a view of Mt. I was impressed just by looking at it. Both Umenoyado and Shinomine brew their sake with the subterranean water of Mt. We have arrived at Umenoyado. I have seen this scenery in a video. Wow, it makes me want to move my certificate of residence! I witnessed the Kagami-Biraki ceremony for the first time. The first time I witnessed a Kagami-Biraki (opening of the sake barrels). It was so fun! By the way, I woke up early today at 3:30 a.m. I left on the 7:30 a.m. train. We compared Omachi and Yamada-Nishiki. Interesting! This one is smart. Yamada-Nishiki was sweeter. However, I still have the impression that both are very tasty. There is no bitterness at all.

Umenoyado Sake Brewery Opening (1) I want to become a person loved by Nara Sake. I went to the Umenoyado brewery open house! I found a station poster at Kintetsu Abenobashi Station. My heart is pounding. I changed trains at Shakudo station. There was a signboard of Kaze no Mori at this station. We arrived at the station after being shaken by a two-car train. Almost all the people on the train got off at Shinjo Station. It was before 9:00 a.m., but about 30 people were lined up at the dedicated bus stop. I noticed that there were many more behind me. It was like Umenoyado with a long line. After the small buses, a magnificent sightseeing bus arrived! This is already an excursion, isn't it? It is fruity but dynamic. It's powerful! Mmmm, now that I think about it, is this what you call Omachi? The balance of sweet and sour is exquisite. Let's compare this with Yamadanishiki!

12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (8) Legend of the End of the Century Salvation Sake" (LOL) It's good~! It was the sake I was looking for~! Gorgeous aroma, fresh and fruity. It was so delicious, I felt my heart beat faster...YOU are SHOCK! We drank a lot again~! After that, we had Ryu-ryoku, Chikuma-nishiki, and Shimehari-zuru, etc., and all I could remember was "Delicious! That's all I wrote down. Thanks to everyone at the brewery and the staff. It was a very enjoyable event! Thank you very much!

12th Japanese Sake Festival Osaka Bay Tower (7) Here is another craft saké I was looking forward to! It was introduced in Danchu. The brewery is located in a room of an apartment complex. Amazing~! Now, here is the cola. Oooooooh, very complex flavor! It's definitely "something" but I can't figure out what it is.... Infinite possibilities. This is the first time I've tasted it. It's a unique craft sake. 0MIYOI (MIYOI) Lychee This is another sake with amazing characteristics! It had a gentle sweetness and a fizzy taste. It gives a pleasant feeling.

The 12th Japanese Sake Festival Osaka Bay Tower (5) This is a very big and very popular booze of this year's festival! Lots of people were lined up. I stood in line about 6 times myself (lol). It's too good! It's outstanding! It's delicious all the way through, including before drinking, in the mouth, in the throat, and as it exits. Fresh and fruity. Megumi no Tomo (Megumi no Tomo), it was great! 0Impression G. Gen-no-Tomo (Gen-no-Tomo) This is also very tasty! Grapefruit, perhaps? And it has a naughty boy vibe. I felt a lingering aftertaste that stimulated my mouth.
