I entered the restaurant with no plan. Well, which one shall I choose? I wandered around. Oh, it's "Harushika" in the back! The word "deer" is opposite. Mmmm! The letters of spring are opposite too! This is the first time I've had a sake from the Ura series. Interesting! The aroma is banana-like. It is slightly thickened. The mouthfeel is sweet and fruity. It seemed to huff and puff as it exits. From the second cup, it also has a dry atmosphere. Both the front and back sides of Harushika are very tasty!

Good morning, Pekka Ru 😃. Harushika-san turned inside out! The simple label is so colorful 🥹It has nothing to do with the text 😅It might be beautiful if you contrast it with the bright blue label of Bikou-san we used to drink 😄.

Hi Jay & Nobby! Once again, I went to see the blue beauties! Yes, if you line them up, they could be a great spot to be seen, or they could be mistaken for a haircutter... lol!

Yes, the Kanji characters for "Sanmorosugi"! This one is a what a Honjozo! It says brewing alcohol on the label~! Is it rare? This is the first time I've ever tasted Alcoholic Mimorosugi. They say it's a "long-selling product for 30 years." No, no, 30 years is not unusual~! Slightly effervescent. It is very tasty. It's not too sweet, it's more like a cider that's a little bit more subdued~.

Please note the opening of the cap! I am currently struggling to open and close the cap. This is a hands-on sake! It took me 19 minutes. Fun~~! I found this on the store's Instagram yesterday evening. The way home is Umeda without hesitation! I went to the cashier right away with my neve. The shopkeeper explained, "It's a solid nigori. It's creamy," she explained. Yes, that's right. Is this the aroma of rice? When poured into a glass, it is as thick as laundry glue (laughs). However, both the bottle and the glass are beautiful snow. When you drink it, the first impression is surprising. It is quite thick. Ooooooooooo! I was surprised. Of course, there is a sense of effervescence. It is dry but fresh. It's the kind of taste that makes you addicted to it. I found myself drinking quite a bit. I couldn't stop. It was an interesting and delicious sake! Now we have had spring, summer, and winter. I will leave the porcini for next year.

Hi Pekkaaru 😀 Mitsui no Kotobuki is a sake from Fukuoka, a neighbor of my hometown Yamaguchi, but I have a strong impression of dryness and have yet to drink it at home, including clear sake 😅. But this nigori looks fun so I'll get it too 😇

This is a Saturday story. We moved on from Ojinja Shrine. We arrived at Imai-cho, where the old townscape remains. We mainly went for a walk, but of course we stopped by Kawai Sake Brewery! This building is also full of nostalgic atmosphere. I had my autograph pen at the ready, hoping to have a chance to meet the brewer. But, no luck. No one was there. The tasting fee is only available during peak season," he said. In the end, we bought only a cup of sake and left the brewery. I had a cup of sake! Yes, it is delicious! It has a classic flavor, but it's clean and non-habitual. It also tastes a little sweet. It was gone in no time at all. This looks like it would go great with food.

At last! At last, Nara sake complete! The last one was 100㏄. It was a very impressive drink. However, one of the chopsticks is bent in a bow.... It has been bothering me for a while. My consciousness is pulled in that direction. Very hard to grasp lol. Also. There is no aroma. It tastes neither fruity nor sake-like. It is easy to drink and delicious. Yamatsuru-san, I was actually looking for a sake called "Nagaya-ou," which is a recreation of a 1300 year old sake. After all, it's not easy to find! Nakamoto Sake Brewery offers a sake brewery makamakai lunch by reservation only. I would like to visit there someday. This time, I had a chance to taste Nara sake from all 29 breweries! Thanks to Umashu-san, Nara Izumi Yusai-san, and Kintetsu Railway for making this possible. Thank you very much! I am glad that I was able to accomplish this before the end of the year! I love Nara sake! In a post a little while ago, I wrote that the water in Kaze no Mori was ultra-soft water. It's actually super-hard water. I am ashamed.... Here is the correction!

The tour of Ogami-sha Shrine ends in the evening. The tour ended at Unebi station. I am heading to Nara City. The purpose of this tour is to conquer 29 breweries of Nara sake. I have already completed 26 breweries. There are only 3 breweries left! I would like to accomplish it this time. I arrived at Kintetsu Nara Station at 18:00. We waited for 45 minutes, but it didn't seem like a long time. I was so nervous. I was filled with a sense of nervousness that I had finally achieved my goal today. So I made a mistake on my first drink (lol). The sake I ordered while taking off my clothes at the counter was Kuramoto-san's sake, which I have had several times.... I knew I had to calm down. But this is my first time at Tsurugi no Himuro. Bon appétit! There is no aroma. It is slightly more sour than sweet. It was a sake with a clean aftertaste.

Yes, the Kanji characters, Sanmorosugi! Saturday was a field trip for adults~! We went to Ookami Shrine...for the second time. The weather was surprisingly fine. I escorted two sisters from my office. I served as a fake guide. We enjoyed walking around the shrine, seeing the nade-usagi (rabbits) and the kusuri water. Then, we had a toast at the Miwa Densetsu Kura. We all had the same drink. Everyone said "It has a sweet aroma" or "It is thick and mild". They were all surprised to hear "Sake tastes so good! Well, let's go back a year. I was shocked by this sake at a corner store last December 17. Then I had it again at the end of the year. Of course, I was impressed by the taste. Next time I want to see it in a bottle!" A year has passed since then. I can't buy it in my neighborhood. I couldn't even buy Hana-kun. Where can I buy it? I prepared for winter. I am staring at my PC day after day. And today, I got it safely by relying on SNS! It was one per person~~! It's not easy to get to the store! I'm so happy. I cooled it down. I can't wait until tomorrow! I'm going to eat it right away! I can't wait to try it tomorrow! Delicious! The bubbles are low. Silky. It may sound strange, but it is not sweet, but it is sweet. But you have to be careful with active nigori or second fermentation sake in the bottle, because of the second fermentation in the intestines the next day...(sweat). Delicate stomach. My personal precaution. Now, I'll have some! I like the slight effervescence~! No, the first glass might be quite piquant. It's sweet~. It has a strong rice flavor.
