And then, "Eeeeeeeeeeeeee!" I went to the front to check. Yes, it is Jyushiyo! Superstar sake! Until now, I had only seen empty bottles. Totally unexpected. It comes out of nowhere, doesn't it? I rushed to order it with a "Oh, sister! and ordered it. What's more, the bottle was empty! What's more! It's a 14yo! It's amazing! The aroma is outstanding. The taste is also outstanding. This is a melon! It was a very tasty sake, refreshing and easy to drink.

It's lunch time and sake. I am happy. The first drink is Tamitsu. I almost said "Tabikari" but was saved by the furigana on the menu. It is an autumn-aged sake. It was mellow, but light, fruity, and delicious. I enjoyed it with a prosciutto tomato salad.

I bought two bottles at the Okura Honke Ekima Enomise. Here is the first one. The rice is, to my surprise, livestock feed rice! Cock-a-doodle-doo! It has a sweet taste, but you can also taste sourness and bitterness. The balance is exquisite! It is a very beautiful sake with no bitterness. I thought it was also very tasty!

Last. I won't be able to go to work the next day (sweat). I was going to order the drink part 2 from the previous day, dolce. The label said "drinking sweets". How sweet can it be? I thought... It's also outstandingly delicious! It is not as sweet as cake, chocolate, or ice cream. It is not as sweet as cake, chocolate, or ice cream, but just about as sweet as pudding. It feels like a field trip to me. Rosa, part 1 of the drink I had been planning to order since the day before. The color is like a rosé wine. The rice is said to be riceberry from Wazuka, Kyoto. Okura-san, please give me a break. Seriously, it is delicious! Is this sake? I was surprised! We will have "Chi-Nara" with cheese and Nara pickles as a side dish. This goes well together again. Next is this one! Aged for a whopping 4 years. And the sake degree is -24 degrees. Deer! Oh, I've got Nara. But...! The balance between sourness and sweetness is amazing! We have finally arrived. Okura Honke Ekimaenomise! We are entering the restaurant of our dreams. I've seen this one on video too~! First, we ordered the "Stable Oddball 850 yen (with snacks)". (Video = Yamato's Umami Sake Sake x Snacks x Kinshi #34) Sorry if I'm wrong. This is a comparison of three bottles. All of them are said to be single-stage brewing. This one is said to be 3 years aged sake. It is a sake at room temperature. The aroma is of Nara pickles. but it also smelled like cotton candy. And the sake level is -19 degrees. But it is! There is no sweetness at all! It is very light and delicious! It was a little bit of a bad tasty start! Thank you.

It's yesterday's revenge. We set out for the Okura Ekimaenomise at Gotodo Station in Nara Prefecture! Today, we had even more momentum. First, we will go to "Miyogiku" located in Kashihara Jingu Station! (Video=Yamato no Umami Sake Sake x Snacks x Kinshu #5) We arrived a little after 5:00 p.m. Ah, a place I have seen in a video before~! Tension rises. I had the "sardine oil sardine" with sake. It went very well with the sake. It was very easy to drink! This is the Kashihara Shrine in Nara Prefecture, which has a long history. It must be a power spot. However, my stay at the shrine lasted only 20 minutes! As soon as I get out of the ticket gate, I buy a ticket. Next is Okura-san Ekimaenomise! It was a rushed feast.

I was going to drink today. So I bought some turmeric power at Tsuruhashi station. However, the direction has changed greatly. (See my post a while ago) Okura Honke Ekimaenomise at Gotodo station in Nara was closed. I drank two cups of Toyoshuku because of the hasty change. That is not enough. So, the last and final drink was Rokujyosu in the neighborhood. The sake level was -4. I did not feel it was sweet. It has a nice sharpness. The accompaniment was marinated onion and prosciutto ham. This went surprisingly well with the sake.

Yutaka Celebration received 90 ml. The next glass is aging. It's an autumn sake! Well, it tastes as if you have put on one jacket. This one also goes well with dote-ni. It was a delicious sake~. Two sakes and a single dish of dote-ni. Total price: 1,200 yen. Thank you! On the train ride home, I thought to myself. Sake is the best! Thank you!

It's a long story... I'll spare you the ultra long story. The Okura Honke Ekimaenomise at Itami station, which I was looking forward to visiting, was closed! Departing from JR Itami station. I found out at Kintetsu Tsuruhashi station.... So we changed our destination. Our goal was "Toyoshu". It is located on the platform of Namba station. This information is from "Yamato no Umashu Sake × Sakana × Kinden (Sake and Sakana and Kinden) #4". The counter is in a row horizontally. It was packed with customers. I was envious that there was a restaurant like this on my way home from work. I had a 90ml bottle of Toyoshuku. The snack was "Dote-ni" which I had researched in the video. It was so good! It's amazing. The food and sake were both delicious!

However, I found this sake to be sweet. We are neighbors, but this is the first time I have had sake from Itami. It's the birthplace of another sake brewery~! I would like to visit there next time!

I was curious to see your post on Salmon Wawa! I couldn't find it at my local Lawson and Family Mart. I went to the supermarket and they had it! Argo has 5% alcohol, so Alcoholgo, Argo, hooray! I wonder if it is lol. Anyway, it is easy to drink! This acidity... I often encounter it these days. It was a refreshing taste like Tensho > Hiran > Argo. I drank it in no time!

It's been a while since I've been to Kaze no Mori. This is the first time for me to heat sake. I didn't have any special equipment. I warmed it up just as I saw fit. I put the cup in a pot of boiling water and heated it. It was probably about 35 degrees Celsius. There was a sticker on it that changed color. I took out the cup and sipped it. My image of heated sake is Aki Yashiro's Funauta. It was like, "If you drink it deeply, you will feel it deeply..." But I drank it without hesitation. The aroma is nice. The fruity flavor of Kaze no Mori is the same. Although I did not prepare it, I thought it would be good with grilled squid as a side dish. The flavor was very clean and spread nicely on the palate with no cloying taste. The aftertaste is also very refreshing. I thought it was very tasty! I also had it with cold sake. This is the usual Kaze no Mori. This is the first time for me to taste a kijoshu. I felt like there was a lingering aftertaste after drinking it.
