My favorite Senzuke. This is my first time to try autumn sake. I am looking forward to it too much! First glass after opening the bottle. Sorry if I'm wrong. It smells like wasanbon, which I have recently learned to love. The first impression when you drink it is that it is full of acidity. It is not sweet. It may go well with any dishes! The aftertaste is crisp. It lingers for a while. Dry Senzuke is also good! It is delicious!

It's Friday before the consecutive holidays! And if sake is added to the mix, there is nothing but happiness. We chose "Kido-san"! It's a Saizeria level special at an ultra reasonable price! It's not good! I will have my first Hiyayogoshi! The first cup. Oooooooo, delicious! It's like putting a coat on over the original fresh, fruity, and fresh outfit. It gives the impression of an adult atmosphere, as if to say, "I've settled down a bit. But then, the second drink. I've taken off my coat, haven't I? Calm yet sweet. The fruity Kido has appeared~! It's so good! And it is impressively inexpensive! This is 100% satisfaction! Kido is a sake that I have a special attachment to. Please keep up the good work!

Good evening, Mr. Pekkaaru! Sake is the best thing to do at Hanakakin before the holidays 🎵 And this is a fun review that reveals a buoyant mood 😁✨✨. I'm so interested in Kido's hiyaoroshi, which is so quick to put on a coat and then take it off lol 🤗

It's good. ~~~~ Was it an autumn sake like this last year? The delicious hiyaoroshi is continuing. It is firm and fruity. It has a smooth mouthfeel. It is not at all dull. Although there are still a few, we could taste all the spring, summer, fall, and winter of Ohmine-san!

Fifth bottle of sake. It was a Sunday sake activity! This time we went to Hakusetsu in Itami City~! This is an event where you can hear a talk by the president of Kuramoto. I arrived early so I snapped a few photos. I'm wearing a happi, which I've always wanted to wear, and I'm getting into the swing of things. Shirayuki Junmai Hiyoroshi Sour aroma. It was a dry sake with a full-bodied flavor. It is a dry sake with a full-bodied taste. Hakusetsu Daiginjo-namaishu aged in ice temperature It is easy to drink and refreshing. According to the brewer's explanation, the image of this sake is "to serve the sake at home as it is in the brewery". It was delicious! I bought a bottle at the Hakusetsu store. The price was 1,500 yen (including 10% discount tax)! (10% discount tax included). That's great! It's a regular sake. It is a classic sake, but it is not a strong sake. It is relatively easy to drink and goes down very smoothly. I had it at room temperature for now, but I think it might taste even better if it were heated. I asked Mr. Konishi, the president of Hakusetsu, to sign the bottle! I'm so happy, thank you very much!

Subdued but nice aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth. I think it is of the thick, sweet type, but it is not thick. Maybe no ice is needed (lol). It tastes fresh. I wonder if this is the kind of sake that has a sense of transparency. The sweetness is just right. The sake rice is Shinryu Nishiki, a cross between Shinriki and Yamada Nishiki. It is said to be Ryuriki's original sake rice. It was a very delicious sake!

Here is a comment from the lady at the restaurant who poured the sake for us. I drink Tawawa every year, and this year is the best!" Is that so? My expectations are raised. The aroma is mild. When you take a sip, the sweetness of the fruit spreads out. The rest of the wine is firm and tight. I got the impression that it was more dry and crisp. Thank you very much, Ms. Kohl. I was very interested in this wine, so I would like to have it again next year!

This is quite bad! It's good! It's fruity. It has a "fresh and crisp" feel to it, yet it's still very calm. It tastes like pears. It's hard to believe it's a sake! It's so delicious! Mr. Akatake, I am very impressed!

It's a mellow type of sake! Delicious! Dark fruitiness. It has a nice sharpness and a clean aftertaste. They make all kinds of sake! The description on the menu says, "The three major rice varieties in the latter half of the Meiji era (1868-1912). It was called Kame-no-o in Tohoku, Aikoku in Kanto, and Jinriki in Western Japan. Amazing! I want to tell someone.... I wrote it down carefully (laugh).

It has a mild mouthfeel. I thought it was perfect for autumn ingredients. It was a relaxing and calming sake~. I was looking forward to today's This is an event at the restaurant. Mr. Honda, the president of "Ryuryoku" visited the store in Hyogo. I went to see him! Of course I got his autograph! He graciously wrote it for me. Thank you very much! His stories were too good to be true! He talked about agriculture, the Dragon series, the price of rice, and so on. I could not stop listening to them! I listened to them all. I'm liking Dragon Power more and more~!

It is located next to Osawa Honke Brewery. They were also smiling and helpful here. I'm so happy to see you! We were seated in a bottle case that had been turned inside out (lol). We took our time to enjoy it~. They say this sake is made from Noto rice from Ishikawa Prefecture. Very easy to drink! The aftertaste is a bit mellow. There were many paid tastings. I would definitely like to visit this brewery again next time! 0jima Bijin Bijin Kurarabe Junmai Daiginjo (Kitayama Shuzo) Ooooooooo! Fruity! Cold~~! Excellent aroma, sweet and delicious~! The biggest surprise is its location. The island beauty was located behind the Ousho restaurant, which I have visited many times. You don't notice it, do you? It was quite a walk in the heat! But it was very interesting! I would like to visit again when it gets cooler.

The Nishinomiya Sake Logo Collection." There is a long term event. Purchase a Masu and tasting ticket at the sales counter. You will visit each sake brewery and receive sake and a sticker. We will leave at noon! I've been there~! It was crazy hot. ~~~~ First up was Osawa Honke Sake Brewery. This is the brewery that participated in this year's brewery opening. We were also given a bottle of Miyatan. The tasting here was "Junmai Harazake" (pure rice sake). It was cold and delicious! It was a bit too hot for me, so I drank it in one gulp. It wasn't light, but it wasn't too strong either. The brewery staff was very kind to us and we were very happy. I would like to visit there again! 0Nada Ichi (Shochiku Bai Sake Brewery) The name "Nada Ichi" is written in cool clear-cut font on a large building. From a distance, I always thought it was a ramen shop. I had no idea that it was so close by.... Here we had Nada Ichi Junmai Daiginjo. It did not have a fruity taste. It tasted more like umami. It reminded me of Kikuhime. This sake is made from "miyamizu" in Nishinomiya.

It is unfiltered raw sake. It is already delicious even before you drink it! The aroma is amazing. It smells like ripe fruit. This is Okura-san's style. Bon appétit! It's so good! It's not so much smooth as it is thick. It is sweet, but the balance with the acidity is nice. Finish the drink with a crisp finish. The lingering bitterness leaves a little aftertaste. This looks delicious on the rocks! The second glass is served over ice. Then, bingo!

This is the second limited edition sake! The "Kaze no Mori Shuwa Shuwa Pichi-Pichi-Problem" that has been smoldering inside me! I want that wonderful shuwa shuwa shuwa once again! I thought it might have something to do with the temperature of the refrigerator. I referred to the overview by AI. To maximize the enjoyment of the fizziness of sake, it is recommended to refrigerate it to around 5 degrees Celsius (snow-cold). I see! I chilled the bottle in the refrigerator and then put it in the freezer for another 60 minutes. Poof. The aroma is mild. It's my favorite Bond fragrance, quite far away. The noteworthy pizzazz was... Hmmm, it was mild too. The coldness is shop-level kinky. I could feel the acidity, but I thought the sweetness was stronger in the Yamadanishiki I drank the other day than in the Aizan. This is a different impression from the indication shown on the bottle. It is the opposite. This one is drier. It has a firm sharpness. It may be more like a dry image. Fruity is fruity. However, it is neither white peach nor grape....... And the basic premise is that it is delicious. I love, love, love Kaze no Mori. No~~, it's interesting. Too deep! Or is it okay with my taste buds?

They extract the yeast from a Muscat called "Muscat of Alexandria." What do you think? It smells like a cool vinegar-like aroma. It also smells like fermented soybeans. It is not a negative scent! This is fine! It tastes fruity when you drink it, but it is not equal to muscat. It is an easy to drink sake with just the right amount of sweetness!

Good morning, Pekkaaru 😃. From the label and the description, it looks more like a wine than a sake 🧐 but I can sense the Japanese spirit in the subtle natto aroma lurking in the back 😌. I can smell it in the back of the bottle!

It's been a long time since I've been in the Wind Forest. And it is a yellow label! Kaze no Mori WEEKS" will be held in Shinsaibashi, Osaka again this year. I am looking forward to it now! That's the advance bottle~. I'll take it right away. Poppp. Opening the bottle was normal. My acquaintance said that the lid opened by itself. I am envious. I have not experienced it yet. The aroma is faint. When you sniff it, it smells like strawberries. When I take a sip, it's like that - it's not soggy. I think it has a little bit of pizzazz. The taste is not dry and refreshing, but rather sweet. It is delicious! Wind Forest! However, I'm looking for that favorite mouth pizzazz festival! I have not been able to find it lately. I would like to join the Kaze no Mori WEEKS and look for the pizzazz to burst forth!

There are so many different kinds of sake! There is no end station to the sake life, is there? I am surprised at all the sake I don't know about. Next up was "Rosanjin. This sake is perfect for a mealtime drink. This sake seemed to complement the dishes. It also has a refreshing finish. The label indicated 45 degrees Celsius as the best temperature for heating. I see... I'd like to try it!
