Here is the last one. There was a drink I wanted to drink! The restaurant prepared a glass with ice. That's what I'm talking about! Oh, it tastes like sake even when you break it open! I am already completely drunk. All I wrote on my note was "Delicious".... It was another fun sake costing sake brewery~! The all-you-can-drink-for-unlimited-time course was too awesome (lol)! Thank you very much!

Hello, Jay & Nobby! Sake Rock Fest. This was the only drink I had that day. I'm glad I was able to drink it at the end! I came home wobbly, but felt refreshed the next day. That's my guardian god, Mr. Turmeric!

Here's another story from the sister clerk. I appreciate it! I had assumed that Isshaku Suisei was a divinatory name. I am a Five Yellow Saturn. It was the difference between "Mercury and Suisei..." The origin of the name is "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water," and the conscience on the label is his second son's name! It was introduced as a cheap and tasty sake in the Sakélabo-Chénnel that I watched the other day.

Apparently, it is a method of fire-working using a technique called a "pastry striper". The name sounds like a special move of a sentai hero (lol). It is an advanced version of bottle-hiire that does not lose any flavor. He told us that even though it is hi-ire, it has a freshness that is greater than that of nama-zake. What surprised me was the "mark" on the label. It was a turtle and a mouse! Looking back at past photos, it was indeed a turtle and a mouse. This is a sake that I have enjoyed many times.... I knew it for the first time.... Fresh and clean. It was clean and sweet. A delicious drink!

The lady at the restaurant explained. The brewer, the provider, and the drinker "make" the wine together. The mark on the lid is a symbol of this idea. I see. It is a very well-balanced sake. I felt that the floral, sweet, and fruity flavors all supported each other without coming out too much. The mascarpone on the nori seaweed. It went perfectly with the sake! It's so good!

Good evening, Mr. Pekkar! You drank a lot 😁✨✨. I'm so glad you had such a thought put into the lid of the Saku-sama 😲. I'd like to drink Waetsu someday, which is only available at restaurants 🤤.

Good morning, ma-ki-! I didn't know Waetsu was only available at the store! That was lucky! The waiter's story made it even more delicious!

This beauty is said to be a sake brewed with unmatched rice that is not sent for general distribution. The store staff recommended a pairing. It goes sooooo well! Camembert cheese on a packet. The honey and black pepper did a wonderful job! It is amazing! On its own, it's sweet and fruity! It tasted like ripe apples. It was a very delicious drink!

The second cup is from Senkou. 'Oh ~~~~~, it's still good!' It is gorgeous and fruity. The lactic acid taste is also outstanding! Yay for Sentori!

Hi Jay & Nobby! Thank you for everything! Sentou Yay" is a word from a curling player, May Fujisawa. That's where I got my name from, too, Sengoku Yayi!

It's an all-you-can-drink festival on a weekday. I wonder if I will be able to work the next day...(lol) We had quite a lot. Everything will be solved by turmeric! We started off with "Tsurugi no Tsurugi". Mr. Tetsuya Doi, the brewery owner, was introduced in the magazine "Sake dancyu vol.1". It was a very interesting story! It has a light taste, but it finishes well. I thought it was a sake that goes well with food. We will definitely win...Carp!

The fifth sake was an old man's sake brewed by Nakai Sake Brewery in Kurayoshi. It seems to be made for people in their 50's or older, but it is surprisingly mildly delicious and easy to drink San-in sake 😳. It would be good warmed up lol.

Hi Tatsu 😃. I guess you mean drinks for our age 🍶🤗. I guess it's not modern 😅 It would definitely suit us though 😅

Hi Jay & Nobby! It looks like it was made for that purpose, but it was a surprisingly mild and tasty sake, classic but also tasty for people of all ages. 🙆‍♂️

The third cup was an out-of-season Jigokin nigori. It was delicious, with a fruity sweetness typical of Jikin, and a gaseous and sharp taste characteristic of nama-zake (raw sake) 🍶. You can never go wrong with Jikin, can you?

Good evening, Mr. Tatsuko! A cup of sake at the end of the workday is very special, isn't it 🎵. Jikin-sama is the best for such a night 😋. You really can't go wrong with Jikin-sama 😁✨. I hope you have a great time drinking 😊.

Good evening, Pekkar! I also had a drink at a different store last week, but I see that each store has a different lineup 😀 It's nice to be able to drink the store's collaboration sake or something 🥳.

Hi Jay & Nobby! I'm having a lunchtime drink today. I'm on the train right now, wandering around lol. I see that you don't have this drink in Tochigi! Jay & Nobby, when you come to Osaka, let's have a toast!
