たっつうThe last one was Tobiroki Black Label.
It was hard at first, but as time passed and the temperature rose, I felt the fruity sweetness and flavor that is typical of Tobiroki. 🙆♂️
The sake cost brewery, the sake, of course, but the food was also very good!
I will be back 😆. たっつうThe fifth drink was a local sake from Iruma County, Saitama Prefecture.
It was introduced as the sweetest sake in the store.
It was even sweeter than kijoshu, and I wondered if it was really junmai sake.
I thought it seemed to be low in alcohol content, but when I checked it out, it was 8%, which is a very low alcohol content sake. たっつうThis is my fourth glass.
This is the second time I've had this year's Jikin, but unlike last year, it's back to its full-blown sweetness that is typical of Jikin. ☺️
It's very good! たっつうThe third cup is Jyushiyo Honmaru.
Compared to the second cup of Arabashiri, it has a mellow, sweeter and softer taste. 🙆♂️
I think I like Honmaru better.
It is a luxury to be able to drink this much Jyushidai 🤣. たっつうThe second drink was the second Jyushidai.
This time, we started with the Arabashiri.
It is sweet, juicy, and has a sharpness that is characteristic of nama-zake.
As expected, it did not disappoint 🤣. たっつうAt the sake cost brewery I visited for the first time.
The first sake was Tamagawa Sake Brewery's Tama Flavor, famous for itsky.
Unlike Itt Key, this one had a slightly sweet aftertaste with a sharp finish 🍶.
It was a nice sake. 🙆♂️ ぺっかーるThe last one is Nabeshima for the second time.
Looking at my own sakéwa, the last time I drank it I was drinking Summer Moon.
This time it was Honjozo sake.
Oooooooh, it's delicious!
It is a sweet sake. You can also feel the acidity.
It has a good balance!
And you can also taste the rice.
We had a lot of sake this time, too!
The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great.
The next visit will be at the end of March! I made a reservation at the register on my way home - lol! ぺっかーるIcchorai" means "kagara" in the Fukui dialect.

I thought the special-order product was a very easy-drinking sake that goes well with meals, rather than being gorgeous. ぺっかーるWow! This is a Kuheiji Daiginjo.
It is said to have a powerful flavor of Omachi, but to me it seemed soft and smart.
Of course, it is a delicious sake.
It goes well with rich green soybean curd and edamame (green soybeans)!
I guess it goes well with salty dishes! ぺっかーるIt is brewed by Akishika in Osaka.
From the name, I thought it would taste like a sake, but it was easy to drink.
It was refreshingly dry, and food went well with it. ぺっかーるThis is my second drink.
We had many more drinks after this, but this "Takachiyo" was yesterday's hit prize!
