Here is the last one. There was a drink I wanted to drink! The restaurant prepared a glass with ice. That's what I'm talking about! Oh, it tastes like sake even when you break it open! I am already completely drunk. All I wrote on my note was "Delicious".... It was another fun sake costing sake brewery~! The all-you-can-drink-for-unlimited-time course was too awesome (lol)! Thank you very much!

Hello, Jay & Nobby! Sake Rock Fest. This was the only drink I had that day. I'm glad I was able to drink it at the end! I came home wobbly, but felt refreshed the next day. That's my guardian god, Mr. Turmeric!

Here's another story from the sister clerk. I appreciate it! I had assumed that Isshaku Suisei was a divinatory name. I am a Five Yellow Saturn. It was the difference between "Mercury and Suisei..." The origin of the name is "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water," and the conscience on the label is his second son's name! It was introduced as a cheap and tasty sake in the Sakélabo-Chénnel that I watched the other day.

Apparently, it is a method of fire-working using a technique called a "pastry striper". The name sounds like a special move of a sentai hero (lol). It is an advanced version of bottle-hiire that does not lose any flavor. He told us that even though it is hi-ire, it has a freshness that is greater than that of nama-zake. What surprised me was the "mark" on the label. It was a turtle and a mouse! Looking back at past photos, it was indeed a turtle and a mouse. This is a sake that I have enjoyed many times.... I knew it for the first time.... Fresh and clean. It was clean and sweet. A delicious drink!

The lady at the restaurant explained. The brewer, the provider, and the drinker "make" the wine together. The mark on the lid is a symbol of this idea. I see. It is a very well-balanced sake. I felt that the floral, sweet, and fruity flavors all supported each other without coming out too much. The mascarpone on the nori seaweed. It went perfectly with the sake! It's so good!

Good evening, Mr. Pekkar! You drank a lot 😁✨✨. I'm so glad you had such a thought put into the lid of the Saku-sama 😲. I'd like to drink Waetsu someday, which is only available at restaurants 🤤.

Good morning, ma-ki-! I didn't know Waetsu was only available at the store! That was lucky! The waiter's story made it even more delicious!
