The place of my dreams! I went to the Ookami Shrine~! I was inspired by your posts~! The route is Katsunichi Shrine → Miwa Lore Storehouse → Imanishi Sake Brewery main store → Miwa somen batter croquette store in front of the station. Yes, the Kanji characters for "samorosugi" (cedar)! Miwa Densho Kura brewed 60% dewy leaf wind. The aroma is at a faint level. The impact of the first sip was amazing. Everything in my mouth exploded with "Delicious! exploded all over my mouth. However, it quickly receded. It's brilliant! The taste is fruity but gentle. The fruit seems light but has a solid core. Very smart. There was no cloying taste at all. Miwa Densho Kura Brewery brewed Rohafu 65 To be honest, we could not tell the difference from 60. The sake is really beautiful. It is clean, righteous, and sake brewing. I felt I could understand this when I drank it. Nanadoro 60 Unfiltered Nama Sake brewed in Miwa's traditional brewery I heard that the number of "Nama" is already small. Under the scorching sun today. We gave up on taking home the raw sake.... We will have it at the restaurant! This one has a slight aroma. Of course it is delicious! After drinking the nama-shu, I was impressed by the greatness of the hi-ire-shu I just had. It is unbeatable!

A trip to the Holy Land of Sake 🍶 Here's the real first drink. Complete Imanishi Sake Brewery stores in the vicinity of Miwa Station! The last remaining traditional brewery. Bodhi yeast brewing. Sourness and bitterness spread with a hint of umami.

☀️ I am participating in the Mimuro Cedar Festival. We came back to the event site from Miwa Densho Kura. There are more than 10 kinds of Mimuro Cedar to taste at the event. Once again, there was a sparkling one 👀. Let's try it 😁👉 It has a strong gaseous taste and it's tingling and crackling 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧. The sweetness is quite subdued and stoic like Kirin Lemon 🍋. The taste is fresh and different from the traditional Mimuro cedar, but it somehow made me feel like I was drinking Mimuro cedar 🍶. After the final talk show and raffle, it was time to end the event with a speech by the brewery owner 🤗. The weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy Mimuro Cedar to the fullest. We left the venue with gratitude🙏 to the breweries and all those who helped prepare for the event😊.

☀️ I am participating in the Mimuro Cedar Festival. We took a break during lunch time to visit the Miwa Lore Storehouse 🤗. They say everything is made of Yoshino cedar 🌲. We crossed the bridge and finally entered the store ❗️ They sell limited edition sake. They sold 50, 60, and 65 Yamadanishiki. I guess I'll have to go with the 50 because it's so special. After returning home, I immediately opened the bottle 🍶. It has a fragile sweetness like Aquarius and a clear watery mouthfeel 😚. I don't feel any cloying taste at all 😳. The more you include it, the more pleasant the sweetness becomes 🥰. It has a clear cedar 🌲 aroma and a fine finish with a noble sweetness and aroma 😊. The cleanliness is like a fading haze, it will disappear before you know it: 😶‍🌫️ I thought this was a very high level for a 50% Yamada Nishiki 🤩. I think this is the very essence of "clean and right sake brewing" as the brewer says ✨. After a day after opening the bottle, it tastes like a sealed bottle of Shinmasa. No gassiness, but fresh sweet acidity and the scent of wooden vats 🤗. I felt the sake is evolving amazingly ❗️ but I hope I'm not mistaken 🙏.

☀️ 1,100 check-ins ✅. When I saw the information about the "Mimuro Cedar Festival", the birth festival of Miwa Densho Kura, I remembered that I was a self-proclaimed "Mimuro maniac" 🙄. I took a priority ticket on the first day of sales: ❗️ When I arrived at the venue on the day of the event, I found Mimuro maniacs from all over the country gathered there. They all look like they are not ordinary people 🤠. First of all, we started with sake 🍶. It's orikarami🤍. It has the delicious taste of rice and the sweetness and aroma typical of Mimuro cedar 😚. The flavor of the rice is vibrant. It was written that it was brewed in the newly built Miwa Lore Brewery, which made me feel somewhat special. The best service from the sake 😁. The fourth picture is the talk show at the end of the event. Genki Sudo was doing his best to liven things up 😄.
