It had a soft aroma of rice, a gentle sweetness, and a fruity taste.

Ryogoku Station Thermal Station
Shiromayumi.
I was told that this is a locally consumed sake, and it was my first time drinking it myself.
It was easy to drink, with great flavor but not too much of the classic feel.
I liked this one the best at this event.

Rokkasen nigori is a sweet and sour sake that is easy to drink.

Urasato was the same, but I like the fresh sweet and bitter ones in the raw sake.

It has a banana aroma from Ogawa yeast.
Of course it has the sweetness of nigori, but the bitterness stands out and goes well with food.

Yamori no Ogara-mi Nama-zake
Fresh, fruity and full-bodied.
The bitterness gradually emerged from the middle of the bottle.
The sweetness at the beginning and the bitterness in the aftertaste were well balanced.

I received this as a gift from someone at work.
Matsumori, a sake I saw at the Tsukuba University festival but could not drink at that time.
It is a local sake of Ibaraki, and you cannot find it in Tokyo.
The aroma was subdued and had a slightly woody feel to it. When I drank it, I found it to be clean, light, dry, and sharp, with a sense of rice.
It had no peculiarities, so it was good as a food sake.

I ordered Ryu-ryoku, which I had never had before.
It was said to be dry, but it was easy to drink with a soft sweetness and sourness.
The aftertaste was dry and sharp with a moderate bitterness.

Mutsumi of Kaga-no-i, which we drank last year as well.
It was a collaboration with Aeon Liquor, and the product was pressed on the morning of New Year's Day and brought to Tokyo by Shinkansen bullet train.
It will be a tradition to sample and buy it on New Year's Day.
It has a fresh and tangy feel.
It is said to be dry, but when you drink it, the sweetness of the rice is present and there is no lingering sweetness in the aftertaste.

The New Year's sake is from the zodiac label of Ni-Rabbit, which I also drank last year.
It has a gassy mouthfeel, with a strong sweetness and a crisp finish.
As the temperature rose, the sweetness became too much, so I thought it would be better to drink it cold.

This is my first time drinking it, and the label says that it has been brewed since the beginning of the company, but after much thought, this is the LAST.
The first saké has a rich sweetness from the rice, followed by a strong acidity.
After that comes a strong acidity, but the aftertaste is watery and light.

New sake from Akabu, NEWBORN
Fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee, white peaches, and rum.
From the slimy feel of nama-shu, a sense of rice passing through the nose, a slight chilliness, and a sharpness from the bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste.
It is difficult to choose what to pair it with because it is delicious on its own, but I really liked this type of sake.

Honjozo and freshly stored sake.
The aroma is subdued and clean.
It is not very distinctive, but it tastes like a food sake and goes well with rice.

First time drinking Banshu Issen
It is a new sake and is supposed to ferment in the bottle, so when I opened the lid a little, I saw bubbles coming out of the bottle.
It has a fruity aroma like banana, and when you drink it, it is surprisingly dry and sharp with a bitter taste.
It was insanely delicious!
Dewazakura, a sake often drunk by the locals.
It was served hot.
It is a honjozo, and although the aroma is subdued, you can taste the umami and it is very tasty!
