At a soba noodle restaurant, I had zaru soba and sake.
I ordered Ryu-ryoku, which I had never had before.
It was said to be dry, but it was easy to drink with a soft sweetness and sourness.
The aftertaste was dry and sharp with a moderate bitterness.
It went well with soba noodles.
