I opened a bottle of alcohol that a friend of my husband's gave me. Today, it's deer sashimi from a fawn that my husband caught. I'm grateful for it. All we have in the house are freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake. I wanted to drink it cold, so This time, I opened this one and had it lukewarm. When I drank it with deer sashimi dipped in sesame oil, salt, and grated garlic, the taste was so mellow that it made the deer sashimi even more delicious.
