I really wanted to drink Keitora's nigori as well.
So I went to Ichimasu-ya sake shop in the snow, over the mountain.
While driving alone through a mountain pass, I encountered a herd of 7.8 deer.
I reported to my husband, who is a hunter, that there was only one fine male in the herd. He told me that the rest were females or young males.
Surely there were no long horned ones...
Oh, it had nothing to do with alcohol!
Before mixing the nigori, I drank the clear supernatant.
Clear and very tasty!
After mixing it, of course it was thicker than the supernatant.
It's tangy and delicious!
Happiness, sake gives me happiness in my life.
