Today was a good day!
I went to Ichimasu-ya Sake Shop with my lovely friend J, and we had a wonderful day of chatting and choosing sake.
We both knew what we wanted from the store's SNS, but we were also excited to see what else we liked.
Aisan's 100% Daihai Machouman
My first goal was this one.
As I've only been drinking sake for a year, I got a lot of my information from the Sake-no-Wa app here.
Aiyama call? I was quite curious about Aizan when I saw the I got the information about Aiyama at a nearby liquor store (well, it's over a mountain), so I thought I'd better get it, and then my friend invited me!
The image of Ohyaibai itself does not betray the fact that it is a local food sake, especially Oke Nanchara-go (sorry), which was very tasty. The Macho series can be bought at any time, so I put it off.
But I couldn't miss the Aizan 100% raw sake, so I bought it. I drank it.
Today, my husband made roast beef for me.
Also, my mother-in-law brought over some miso oden and my husband's special chicken curry. The spicy curry went well with the sweet fruity machouman. Be careful not to drink too much.
